All the abuse stevy Mays been getting and stokes record is a lot worse. We are looking at the cheap options instead of the best options. Stop being tight DC we need a proven championship striker not some cheap alternative

Wow he's record his stunning. 6 goals last season and 12 the year before playing lower league and 2.4 million to boot or 3mill on Murray from palace who consistently over the last 5 or 6 years has scored 20+ goals in the championship. I think we are looking in the wrong market for players unproven and not the right buy at this time

We are just over 2 weeks from the start of season and no striker yet. But the fans are expected to pay the excessive prices, this man is no better than MM milking the fans for all their worth. We didn't sign Bamforth, we can afford Rhodes and we continue to be linked with foreigners we have never heard of. Its going to be a long hard season not a promotion party.

Is it me or has no one ask the question yet about Carvalhal, he is a foreign manager who has coach mainly in Portugal. Can he speak English and how well as he will be coaching in England.
As for the manager situation quite obviously DC does not have a clue what he is doing, first he looks for a number 2 who does not want the job unless he is the number 1 but this guy is a 3rd division manager how is this a forward step.
Coupled with this we have a first team of 10 players, the 5 offered contracts only 1 has resigned, there are massive problems at S6 and if someone does not step up and sort them we are going to be relegation fodder next season.

SWFC13 we have released 8 players end of last season, an 4 loan players and we have sign an injury plague keeper and a defender who when now getting sent off (2 of 7 appearances last season) is injured. These are not signing , a centre back under 30, or a right back that does spend most of the season on the treatment table or a striker who is better than 1 in 6 these are signing. wqe have the poorest squad in the division as it stand. Totown have signed mre players than us and the free they have got look a lot better than what we have got.
I far that Stuart is going to get found out this season as he is a great coach but a shocking manager, and in the modern game you need to be good off the field as well as being good on the training round. If you have limited funds to bring players in don't blow it all on a back up keeper, bring in a striker or at least try and the 34 year old Branda does not count.
