Apparently gray's looking at getting roger Johnson, I thought he wanted younger players, if that's best we can get then it won't be much of a transfer kitty, I hope i'm wrong.

It's probably because we're thin on the ground with regards to central defenders and Wolves are desperate to get shut of him, O'hara, Doyle and Hunt. We'd probably get him for nothing too as he along with the other mentioned players are still on Prem wages.

Johnson one fit played well for Wedesday, when he left it was noticeable we were more vulnerable in the air atthe back. Personally would sooner have him than Onyewu.

Personally think it would be a cracking signing, can't beat a bit of experience at the back, would like to see Buxton (lb) and Palmer (rb) playing as our wing backs next season

Taking ages for fa clearance does sg know something we don't and that's why he's going for free transfers

Although the Baghran group has a very healthy profitability, it appears from the Fitch credit rating report recently that it could be experiencing a cash flow problem. From what I read the company as a result has been downgraded.
It recently had a problem meeting its commitments on a $150 million loan, the latest reported situation at Lens also points to a cash flow problem.
No doubt they have the company producing large amounts of profit, but not all the reported profit has materialised over the current three years.
My personal feelings are this company has overstretched itself financially.
Lets see what the league says, let's see if he finds the money this time round, and future years.
Mr Mandaric quite rightly will not invest another penny until he's paid, or the deal falls through

Roger johnson would be a good signing, we need somone experanced in the back four and he fits the bill

Was very hit and miss when we ad him. Was decent at cardiff, but not since. Been a major flop at wolves since he turned up hungover for training. We should aim for better. mik

Roger Johnson is a quality Centre Half just because he didn't do well at Wolves doesn't mean he's past it Wolves was relegated because they did not perform as a Team.

We're short of Johnsons at the moment so surely we'll be signing Roger.

If you check the loan that the bagel an group have it's with the national bank if which mammadov is the owner. Don't think cash flow is a problem!

Roger Johnson was one of only a few players that when I got tough last season, really showed passion. He wasn't a loser and for me as a team we need leaders/characters like that in the side. His age isn't a problem and still has a few seasons at a good level left in him. The only problem we have is getting beaten to his signature.

If he had a cash flow problem, why on earth would he bid/spend €50m on buying Wednesday!?
