ALF has no future at Cardiff and has himself stated that he would like to go to a northern club, either on loan or as a permanent deal. He thinks Bolton would like him back but that they have financial difficulties. A group of Bolton supporters are trying to raise funds to help buy him.

I would think he is worth a punt especially if available on loan.

I'd rather have Gary Hooper than ALF and as for Jordan Rhodes I don't think we're going to spend that much anyway but if we were there must be better players for that kind of money £10m, Dwight Gayle is worth £7-8m and I'm surprised Connor wickham's name hasn't been mentioned.
