Signed Lewis price free transfer back up goalkeeper. Nothing flattering but nice to see we sticking with Westwood between sticks

Bit of a drop from what we got last night, keeper that was at Crawley last season, not impressed at all, but oh well still exciting times

Whether or not we are successful this season, Chansiri has shown that he certainly means business with this latest addition.

We are in hyper-drive re the transfer activity at the moment. Where are all the doubters now?

Was only a week ago since folk were laying into everybody associated with the club, lol.
It all seems to be coming together nicely, on paper at least.
Don't know about you guys, but I feel quite excited about all things SWFC at the moment.

Fingers crossed some of the flood of players we've signed will be better than ones we've already got.

In whose opinion though Strad?
Thousands of us might think all the signings are better players than what we have already - but there's always one who has a totally different opinion?
But we can just ignore that one I guess?

Reports that we have bid £4.25m for Murphy from Ipswich.
Hope that's just his agent at work, I think £5m could be better spent towards a different striker - Rhodes, Wickham, Gestede or similar.
Murphy had a good season for sure, but he's 32yo now?

id much rather we sign Gestede if he'd come or Mcgoldrick, Rhodes or try for McCormack because it didn't really happen for him at Fulham.

Hope your wrong there howler we don't want older players we want quality with plenty of years left to help build this club.

£5 Million too much for a 32 year old Championship player, and there must be better value in say signing Wickham.

The asking price for Rhodes was supposed to be about £12 million, again a lot of money to splash out on one player with FFP regulations coming into play. However, Rhodes is consistent and would have more re-sale value than say Murphy.

D.C. is tuna king but I also think he's a master of red herrings.look at the staff and players we have been linked with I'm just hoping this 4 million Murphy thing is another!

5 million for a 32 year old guy with 1 good season, £100,000 would be a punt, 5 million a waste.
There are some good strikers for our division all been named, buy them.
I didn't think we needed a complete new team.

Just heard we're apparently considering selling Tom Lees to Bristol City. Hope this isn't true as he was one of our best players last year.

They've apparently offered 2 million for him. Fulham had a 1.5 million pound bid rejected. Get him signed up on a longer contract before too long or his head might be turned, with QPR also interested.

Can't afford to lose Lees.
