Can not see this at all. Tracey isjust not a Gray type of player. Gray is all about tempo and work rate, Tracey is lethargic and all about final ball.
If Derbyshire is 29 goal a season striker he is after, once again I would be surpeised. No record of being prolific striker.

I did think off Tracey but only because he was released an use to be on load to us but that was with dave jones.
But can see why you've put 2 an 2 together but let's face it no one knows who we will sign just yet.
An the other player you mentioned your only saying that because you so it on ssn earlier that he got released from forrest

I hope we don't sign too many players. I'm hoping for quality over quantity. A good young keeper for cover, 2 centre halves with pace possibly 3 if loovens doesn't sign (not expecting onyehu to sign)a quality centre midfielder a striker and a good quick winger with an end product. I don't think we'd be far off with that. Just don't ask me for names I'll leave that to SG lol

Too many players? We need at least 8 quality players to to make sure we have a decent squad.
If we only sign 4 or 5 then what is our subs bench going to look like?
I'm absolutely sick and tired that season after season we seem to get all the first team fit go on a little run look ok then all of a sudden 1 then 2 then 3 injuries and no quality back up! How can we all see this and yet people (pros) can't or can but are not backed in the market?

Oh yes totally forgot about Cameron Dawson. If he's good enough to push Kirkland or whoever else if he doesn't sign then go with him. I didn't say 4 or five I mentioned 6 or 7 which is close to the 8 you mentioned. What I'm saying is that I'd rather sign 6 players that are quality rather than 8 or 9 players with a same wage bill as the six. I like to think the injury list won't be as bad next season as it was this and the existing squad should be good enough to replace the odd injury or they shouldn't be at the club. Also I don't want to rely on loans but the system is there to be used as and when required and there's also the January window.

David Prutton in Scunthorpe to sign for them after been released from swfc. Will be a solid signing for them in league 1. Good luck to him as always gave 100%.
