The poster who was negative about Maguire has either never seen him or doesn't recognise talent .
Maguire has been capped at U21 &full for Scotland and averaged a goal every 2-3 games at that level as well as scoring consistently at club level.
He would be a great catch if we can make it happen.
As for Antonio, why don't people realise that players are people - you can't just get your money out and that makes it happen automatically.
As well as the player being happy with the deal , all the parties at the two clubs have got to be happy , agents , lawyers, banks are involved etc.
Sometimes this will come together quickly , sometimes it takes a lot longer to thrash it out.

That gardener's wife reported to be ill whilst on holiday, so thats maybe why. the other player was supposed to be roberts from hudds. may have fallen through, or we signed antonio instead.

The mighty owls are after jamie vardy on loan from leicster. We used to play together at his first club stocksbridge park steels where he came through the youth system and I am still good mates with him. He is a lifelong wednesday height and tells me they are interested in him so he can get some expirience. It is up to leicter whether they loan him out to a competative club next season.
Why would Championship Leicester spend £1million to loan straight out to a league rival??? Why would owls want an unknown Quantity??
Not many clubs loan players to rivals but then always have clause they cannot use that player against them
The guy ain't an unknown quantity, this lad will score lots of goals and deserves a good run in ours or Leicesters team
Cant see this happening. Leicester wont loan him out to us, when we could be challenging them to a playoff spot etc. And I cant see dj personally go for a gamble on vardy.

Ranger has the potential to be a top , top player as anyone who saw is first few games in Prem would agree, but BIG questions about his attitude, needs to grow up.

Attitude is big problem, needs to grow up. Despite "changed man" vest, ridiculous childish attitude still an issue seeing his tweets!
Ranger a good player. banged in some goals in champ for newcastle. and for us last season, scored some crucial goals. hes an intelligent player and links well with madine. brings opposition players out of the game and also brings in our players to let the likes of antonio to score crucial goals.
