Lua lua was at hillsborough yesterday, guest of the chairman (confirmed by rob staton) he will sign on monday 2 year deal. good signing for us. there will be another striker brought in aswell aswell as another 2, 2 players to leave before wednesday. mm has said he is not looking to sell swfc and doesnt no where the roumor has come from.

This is why Milan is being conservative with his transfer policy as when the deal is complete Rybolovlev will simply buy his way to the Premier League

if it was Lua Lua i hope he doesnt sign as i believe he isnt the player to fill our striker void - only scored 4 goals in 19 games in Cypriot first division

I can't believe we're seriously interested in Lua Lua , he's no better than Clinton & may be even older??? Only reason he might come in is he's MM / PA's type of player ......... he's free !!!!!

I posted about 2weeks ago that in my opinion, the only logical reason for MM not signing anybody was that he was thinking of selling The Owls on !! .... and a lot thought it was rubbish?? .... Now we have a name in the frame apparently -- not a bad guess ehh??? .... My next "prediction" based on our "(non)transfer activity --- the deal will be done before Xmas. That's why we've not spent money & got all these loan deals running up to New Year . The new Owner can then come in and spend some millions building the promotion team in the next transfer window ?? Anyone think this post is rubbish?

Why are Sheff Wed not bidding right now for Cody Mcdonald I know he has only played for small teams but he has a brilliant goal scoring record (166 apps) (92 goals) and also just turned 25. To me that is not bad he has scored more than a goal every 2 games he is at the right age and if for example played 3 seasons at Gillingham he would have around the same goalscoring record ALF had i think he scored 25 goals in 42 games the one season he was there. I am suprised we have started the season ok with 3 wins in 5 games and Madine is starting to show the doubters how good a player he is. I think our team is not far of the finished article just that one striker to play alongside Madine and we are going up. But if we dont show the ambition to sign him we will struggle to get in the top 10 again. UTO

Lumana Lua Lua was at hillsborough yesterday, he was sat in the directors box. His contract was not renewed in cyprus so is probably looking for a new club. MM signed hin at pompey. Pictures on owlstalk under the lua lua postings.

Just 2 say well done lads for winning 2day but people are right we need a goalscorer. We seem to be messing about with stupid bids for players that are not even good enough. When we signed prutton i thought we wer going sumwhere this season. come on mm bring in a decent goalscorer to send us to the championship thats all we need
