To be honest I dont think that at all!
I am sure you will have been expecting
ups and downs this season like I did.
In fact I expected quite alot of downs.
for example if in the last 7 games we had
drawn 3 and lost 4, that would still have been poor but you could still think maybe we can turn draws into wins.
I feel despair with 14 losses at this stage
of the season and anybody would!
If you have a fighting chance of staying up fair enough, but there is nothing to cling to!!!! chin up mate!

We'd get Martin Allen for tuppence from Gillingham, we should go get him. He's a master of these lower leagues and is often brought in by clubs that are on there arses. Everywhere he's been he's transformed there fortunes and is doing it now with Gillingham sitting at the top of the league. Very much like Megson with his work ethic but best of all the players know that they must give there all and sweat blood or else.

Milan sacked him cos he didn't want the players that MM wanted to sign ! Only lasted about 4-5 games !

I am very critical of Dave Jones and feel his time is up, but trying to understand why MM hasn't acted as quickly with DJ as he has with many others before him ?
One thing keeps gnawing away at me - Lack of investment ..... Thats the only area where I have any sympathy with DJ, and I said same but even moreso with Megson.
MM has said ever since he bought the club that we gonna do this, we gonna do that , yet when you look at his investment ON THE PITCH its been minimal !
Megson got less than £500k to build the promotion squad? Miraculous what he achieved and yet some of our fans criticise his style of play ??
Be careful what you wish for is all I'll say !
I have loudly criticised DJ for buying youth not experience, but we don't know whether that was one of MMs conditions imposed on him ?
That may be why MM hasn't sacked Jones before now because he knows that he laid the law down and DJ has followed it, so perhaps hes not totally to blame ?
I dont want this to sound like an excuse for DJ because I think hes fallen well short and made some shocking managerial decisions and needs to go , but just highlighting the FACT that MM hasn't exactly thrown his wallet at the problem .... not even the loose change !

Does anyone know if MM is still alive?
He fired manager's for fun at his previous clubs and was ruthless, he MUST act now because nothing is working, we do have the players but they need a new man to rebuild the confidence and re organise. The nucleus of Megson's team with get us out of this position.
Ask yourself this question, given the support for new players that MM has given DJ pre season and half of them have not figured in games would you let him pick more players in the January window?
Would anyone on here buy Bothroyd or sell Beevers?

I think MM must have made a resolution to try to be less ruthless ( just our luck again ! ) but if you read this MM -- it just makes you look more useless !
Time to admit you made a mistake with this move, but there is still "barely" enough time for the right man ( Clue : someone with ability & results to back up his reputation ?) to recover things and keep us in this division ! But you must act .... NOW !

Mm is alive and the word i got from mate in box milan says jones is going to be left in charge because he is a good manager and says he will back him in january ,also bothroyd is signing permanent.

Get him out now MM otherwise league 1 football will be confirmed he's shocking if he can't as manager rectify defensive mistakes an can't get the team to play an win in 10-15 games then he's not the man! Come you owls letS get MM to here our voice otherwise this will continue..

Same problem all season !
DJ says hes not a bad manager ?
How come we hardly kept a clean sheet all season?
Hes brought players in , chance to loan players in, he decides how we play!
If we lost them 0-1 thats bad enough , but its always 2s & 3s .
Call time MM please !
