Didn't mm say we should hear something this week, now it's should be next week, the new season is almost upon us and we are still waiting for something/anything to happen regarding players and ratification, Just hope we don't miss out and end up playing catch up again. UP THE MASSIVE!

I know that memory can play funny tricks,but wasn't MM's takeover completed and ratified in quick time? Perhaps I am wrong, but it didn't seem to be anywhere near as protracted as this current effort.

Mandaric had already owned clubs in this country previously, hence does not have to prove redibility. This chap lives in Azejaiban and very busy person. Hence comment re difficulty of communication due totime zone.

I'm kept panicking and still optimistic - but time zones and bank holidays is a ridiculous excuse for a serious business man.
Not concerned about fl ratification either, that can take ages so lens issues might not have anything to do with it.
As for Sponsor; I'd take anything that doesn't have Malta, bacon or blunts in it.

well I have searched everywhere but no sign of confirmation anywhere regarding takeover paperwork being completed, I don't mind the waiting its the not knowing what standard of players we can expect that's really bugging me. I do realize that they have to keep a lid on things like that to curb interest from other clubs but it dosent help I am just too anxious to find out what's happening

Mandaric spoke to Rob Stanton today. he believes next week will be the week.
Think problem is Mammadov is one busy guy and trying to get hold of him to complete paperwork is difficult.
Think Lens had same problem hence they were supposed to produce paperwok on setday and it did not arrive. The money is not the issue its getting Mammadovs time whichis the issue.

He added that there is no problems. then added. at this time. which somehow sounded worrying, why add it to the end of the sentence? I know we are all on edge, but it was almost as though he was preparing us for a gentle let down. could just be me tho!!!

Irvine cannot offer a better deal in the players interest, the only winner if he got him would be the agent, and I think hutch would be aware of that uto

Let's be realistic Eric. They are prem for a season at least, sure with Irvine that will soon change. But, lure of prem and settled club will be a factor.

At the moment WBA are a better deal than us.
Irvine was a great coach but terrible manager.
Don't blame the Hutch either way.
Hope we get the lad though.

Looks like we've lost out on Hutchinson to WBA.
Irvine quoted as saying he is confident of signing him this week.
How long do we have to wait for things to get going? Driving many of us to an early grave!
