The two things we all agree on is the fact that Hemroyd is shocking, and Jones is a halfwit.

Believable6 Unbelievable0

He's our only hope tho only player with quality in the squad

Anyone else thinking that the midfield is our weakest part of the side ?
Correy - young not played at this level dare i say out of his depth
McCabe - Young again unproven at this level alot of pressure for a young lad who will make mistakes
Semedo - Not the player he was last sesaon either due to DJ or higher level
Lines - unproven and in my opinion not good enough for this level
JJ - frustrating player can be a marvel and was in league 1 at the end of last season again not sure can cut this level
Antonio - absoloute gem cracking player been only bright spot for me this season
I think what we need at this time is someone who can beat a man and deliver that cross for Dj favourites boothroyd and big mama (as dj will be sticking with these 2)
I cant help but think treacy would have been a good addition this season
The point to the above is the midfield is not strong enough to create and defend

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Correy is Wednesdays best player by far, he looks up & picks a pass, he has time on the ball & he gets into spaces, everyone else around him are rubbishe rubbishe rubbishe

Agree1 Disagree2

Not all rubbish , just look it with this manager. Your right about Corry he has a good future in the game ..... Just hope it's with us !

Agree1 Disagree1

What rubbish about corry. he never gets near an opposition player when they have the ball. he is athletically not strong.the odd pass succeeds granted.he never gets a shot in. he is,and i,m sorry always will be not good enough for this division...

Agree0 Disagree3

I totally agree with positive assessment of Corry, he is a player with real potential .
He needs to develop physically and to learn his trade as any young player does, but he will go on to play at the highest level.
I accept that some fans cant see potential at all, and will always judge a player on what smacks them on the nose, but Corry is assured a good living in the game.

Agree2 Disagree1

We,ve got one better than corry, but he is playing at tranmere, and earning great reviews.corry is very very average

Agree0 Disagree1

Shut up Corrys the new Stevie G awsome looking player

Leave Jones alone, he's doing a great job and I for one would hope he stays in charge at hillsbrough..... Get over the past and look to the future!!!

Believable1 Unbelievable5

Trigger Blunt again with his POOR attempt at humour ..... you need intelligence to carry it off Trigger !
But if you had any intelligence you wouldn't be a Blunt you'd be an Owl !

Agree2 Disagree1

I'm anything but a blunt!!! I'm yorkshires number one.... Ok TRIGGER

Agree2 Disagree1

Thought so , you had me fooled at first Trig ...... for about a second !

Agree1 Disagree0

Trigger, work it out you brainless pesticide.... I'm not a blunt.... I'm yorkshires number one... M.O.T
Dirty Leeds and Filthy rich!!
God some people are thick

Agree1 Disagree0

Course you are Trigger !
Picking on Leeds as well won't help you, one or two of their fans are quite nice people I'm told .
Whats more , I know its hard for you admitting you are thick but that will help your condition, but I expect those nice doctors have told you that?
Anyway Trigger keep taking your medication and we'll always look out for you because we know you cant help being a Blunt, its just one of those accidents of birth !

Agree0 Disagree0

Whatever Trigger, just wait till we batter ya at Elland road!! M.O.T

MM will not act until after the cardiff game the next 2 matches after that are the big ones Im sure MM knows this and the lift a new manager can bring will be vital for both games.
That said im unsure on who i would bring in.Def not di canio the man is a bulb and would not have the tactical nounse to tackle a relegation battle.

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Dicanio doesn't have enough champ experience I'd like to see someone who has seen a relegation battle once or twice before and has a good champ pedigree but deffo don't want Paul ince !!!

Agree1 Disagree0

POYET

Agree1 Disagree0

Can you explain why Poyet would swap a promotion challenge and a millionaire chairman who invests on the pitch - for a relegation battle and a chairman who doesn't , and who is famous for sacking good managers (& NOW for hanging on to failures?)

Isn't it strange how the only players that are having a really good season so far are players that we've sent out on loan to other clubs. Players that Dave Jones doesn't think are good enough for our team but are good enough to play week in and week out for a rival team in the same league winning 2 man of the match awards and are currently 5th in the league just 6 points off top spot. Come on Jones get a grip you've not only let yourself down you've let the chairman down and the players down more importantly you've let the supporters down. Your reputation is slowly going down the toilet and believe me, this will probably be the last big club you'll ever be trusted with. Mark my words, after your reign here is over you will find your future employment lies in league 1 and 2. That time can't come quick enough for me you should be up in front of trading standards for what you've done to this club.

I think its time for Milan an Dave to go! Id love to bring back Lee Strafford with Paul Ince coming in as manager

Believable0 Unbelievable12

Not to keen on Paul ince myself can't see how he'd do a better job than jones with his lack of experience my two main candidates would be billy Davis or Alan curbishly but can't see the latter coming in north . Any thoughts people

Agree2 Disagree0

Forest were daft to get rid of billy Davis they thought an ex England manager would do it, little did they know it was the worst England manager for years, you can bet he would do an excellent job for us.

Agree1 Disagree0

What on earth are you on about. Time for MM to go! He saved our club from possible extinction not too long ago. he's made no secret that he'll sell for the right price, clearly that is a price LS would not pay so how does he figure as a replacement. You can't simply transfer club owners like players. Like all fans I don't want us to go down and can't understand why he has kept faith with DJ but surely its only a matter of time.

Didn't someone say that going up by finishing second was better than the play offs because you get first pickings of out-of-contract players?
That happened in our case didn't it? Huddersfield, having gone up via the play offs, had to sign second choices are clearly suffering up there in mid table.
JR

Believable4 Unbelievable0

I think that was Dave Jones!
He now says that "even Mourinho" couldn't get a result out of those same players that he was desperate and pleased to get.
I might be stupid , but surely that means that either - Jones is a poor judge of players - OR - he cant motivate good players ?
One of those must be true so I would like to ask MM why he is still here?
I also wonder why some fans are still backing Jones ?

Agree5 Disagree0

He's clearly lost it. MM refuses to acknowledge that even though everyone knows it. Either MM is an embodiment of the emperor and his invisible clothes or he has a cunning plan...
JR

Agree1 Disagree0

No cunning plan mate he`s just crap!

Agree0 Disagree0

Huddersfield had a nice £8mill to spend tho

Not sure how true this is but I hear bothroyd could only come to Wednesday and have QPR pay his wages if he played. If he doesn't play then Wednesday pay his wages. If true maybe we can't afford to drop him and explains why DJ is still in a job as anyone else coming in will still have the same problem. Like I say don't know how true it is but would also explain why he keeps his place in the team when he clearly shouldn't.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Maybe thats the case as i heard this too BUT surely it doesnt mean we cant cancel the loan and sending him back ASAP

Agree1 Disagree0

Think its true but I think we took him till january so probly got to pay his wages till january if he goes back. But that would still be a lot cheaper than him helpin to take us down.

Agree1 Disagree0

If this was true (which i doubt it is) then firstly who on earth sanctioned such a deal, absolute madness. What happens if he's injured?
Secondly, why wouldn't DJ just sub him as soon as possible and put someone on that would at least try.
The fact that he gets so much game time is a sign the DJ still fancies him as a player which is probably the most worrying thing of all.

Agree2 Disagree0

Spot on, just living for Monday when hes gone !

why have we not call Mark Beevers back and drop that big donkey taylor ?

Believable10 Unbelievable0

Why did he even go in first place ?

Asked if he thought such a shocking defeat could prove to be a turning point, and bring a defiant reaction from his squad, Jones said: "I have just asked them that. I didn't get an answer from them, they were all quiet, maybe a bit of embarrassment.
Doesn't sound too defiant to me! Probably all thinking try dropping Bothroyd you mug.

Believable5 Unbelievable0

He has absolutely no idea !
Two days ago he said "swapping and changing players is not the answer " ... despite the fact that hes made between 2 and 6 changes for every match this season.
For once I hope he does make a lot of changes and drop all the players who are OBVIOUSLY not good enough or interested in playing (the loans!), and bring back the players who want to put a shift in.
Although to be fair they have been treated so badly under Jones they would probably be glad to see him get sacked as much as the fans !

Amazing how Jones saying don't get anywhere by sacking managers.
Didn't hear him saying that when we were 3from top n sacked Megson to give him job ?
Now we 3from bottom he saying stick with him !

Believable7 Unbelievable0

Spot on !
MM said he gave DJ job to guarantee gettin in Champs.
If hes not sacked soon we guaranteed to be back in lge1!
So might as well have stuck with Megson. If he had we would have still been in Champs next season one way or other!
Certainly wouldn't have lost the plot and the passion that the whole club was enjoying !

Agree4 Disagree0

He also said judge me and the team after ten games. Played 19 and 2nd bottom. Enough said

Jones out next Monday morning we need a young up & coming manager don't know who but one thing for sure we can't keep going down the ex players route ie Wilson worthington Sheridan they have had there time at s6 leave them as legends look what happend with Wilson legend come back as manager now look at him enough said have faith UTO!!

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Gary Neville?

I was in Swansea yesterday, small town, small football club but they are cock-a-hoop. You see, they have had two good managers. MM take note.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Further to the above post - asked them why they thought their managers were so good. They said because they treated the players properly. DJ take note.

Agree1 Disagree0

29 Nov 2012 09:45:02
Apparently we are still paying Meggo and that only stops when either his old contract expires or he gets a new job!. That's why MM is stalling on sacking DJ because it would be a very expensive sacking.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Milan might own the club but wihout the fans he has nothing ,I for one think he is treating me with contempt by leaving this arrogant fool in charge.

Agree2 Disagree0

Therefore, it is cheaper to bring Megson back

29 Nov 2012 08:32:52
