I honestly think some of the players think we are safe judging by todays performance. Our defence have so sound recently. However we were a shambles today particularly Loovens. Against Brum an qpr we were great with best an niuhu up front So why change it?

We are safe!

Bullen must be sick of seeing his sides lose by at least 4-1 GET RID no idea when he played

Poor performance today players looked to have no interest in game today if I didn't no better you would think Dave jones was in charge after that performance! uto wtid

I'm not disheartened with the result telling the truth, as for Lee Bullen the man is a grate servant for us. Only man I know who has played in every position, he has even saved a penalty for us as a goalie. I spoken to him before and the mans got a lot of love for our club.

Great servant yes footballing ability none u21s lose every week he'd be worse than jones if we had him in charge he is used to seeing at least 4goals a game trouble is it's in OUR
NET I'm sorry but we will have nothing coming through as confidence must be ROCK BOTTOM with him in charge

Agree0 Disagree0

Have to agree with Bullen comments, except that the U21 performances and results have slightly improved recently when Bullen has spent a bit less time with them due to his 1st team commitments.
Can't help thinking that Steve Haslam has a few more skills than Bullen to pass on to the youngsters and has had more opportunity to influence them while Bullen been missing?
Lots of respect for the enthusiasm and passion that Bullen has for the club and his work, but that doesn't automatically mean he is best man for the job?

Before we all get too excited about Lee Bullen. We had 60% of the game, the overwhelming majority of corners and more shots than they did. However, they had more shots on target (9/14) while we were generally off target (6/17). The inability to shoot straight is surely down to the individual players, rather than the man on the touchline.

Agree0 Disagree0

Bullen rings enthusiasm to role but is not a football tactician. All clubs need enthusiast they rarely make good managers. Wilkinson always employed a guy in this role (i. e Eustace) and think useful servantat this level.
Deehan I was unsure about but after interview do not think management is his forte either. He is better left to do office work.
We need another good coach in DoF role terry Burton would be my choice. He will be looking for work in summer. Good coach and would be perfect in charge of academy. That would mean best two coaches we have had at Hillsbrough in last 10 years working in tandem.

Agree0 Disagree0

In tandem does not necessarily mean in harmony

Agree0 Disagree0

If you have ridden a tandem nice when you are both putting effort in.
Personally think they would work well together. Think Gray would appreciate having another quality coach to run things by.

Or rival?
