-frustrated becuase sunderland have obviously recalled wickham, yet he never even played tonight! Wednesday and Wickham both want to be together?why can't sunderland treat a player with his wishes especailly when there chasing two strikers, one of which is about to sign in the next 12 hours

Because they paid several million pounds for him and no doubt pay a significant chunk of his wages.

As numerous people including myself have pointed out Wickham was recalled to cover for some slight injuries in there squad. As you say they are looking to sign two new strikers before the window closes but neither of them had signed to play yesterday so that's why he was recalled. Looking good that we will get him back, as you say Wickham was happy here and Sunderland were happy that he is doing well and getting his form back.

Believe it or not Wednesday may be getting Connor Wickham back, wednesday are desperate to get the Sunderland lad back and Wickham himself is begging for another spell with the owls! WAWAW

Very disappointed probably like a lot of other wednesday fans that for a big club and an owner who is very wealthy that we can't tie down a couple of decent strikers, all the teams around us have strengthened their squads with strikers and we just count on Gray getting the best he can out of the squad he has, seems like Gray's success has convinced MM he can keep his hand in his pocket, we have a fair few injuries and the squad is getting spread a little thin. Last night we have a 16 year old on the bench. Our current 3 strikers in my eyes are not good enough, we need strikers who are clinical in front of goal. I do hope something happens before Friday.
Also can somebody give me an update on injuries to Buxton, Johnson, Loovens etc the list goes on
