Bywater plays 12 we loose 1. ROD comes back yet another defeat. Bywater is far from the best shop stopper I've seen ( though he's not bad) but he is outstanding at commanding the defence. Not extending his loan to past Jan1, when we can sign him is one of GM's few mistakes. I hope it isn't the mistake than condemns us to another season is this bloody awful pub league.

Why is it GMs mistake ??
HE wants him ! HE can't sign HIM or ANYBODY else, thats down to MM & Aldridge !!
AND even THEY can't sign anybody until Jan 1st ! So can anybody PLEASE explain WHY its GMs fault when highly paid players GO TO SLEEP after 87mins ?

Still gutted! Can't believe we made two mistakes 1) not getting the second goal (o'grady will be kicking himself) and 2) our concentration again at the back. Can't wait until Buxton is fit again, JT is fantastic on he attack, but defensively....not so sure. GUTTED

ROD was horrific today, watching him warm up rhodes was screaming at him and when he stared kicking to jameo the ball was going in the middle of walsall's warm up. In the game Megson was furious with him, I know he's only young, but his days are numbered.

Maybe JT could be used as a winger when LB is back?

The mistake is not getting Bywaters loan extended until after Jan 1st, when he can be signed up. May be it isn't GM mistake but so far MM has backed him and I'm sure he would have extended it if asked. In fairness to Meggo he probably didn't realise how important Bywater was going to be for some time but I'm sure he could have got the loan extended before the window closed. There is of course always Weaver. Ought to give him a chance on Saturday. Any other year one defeat wouldn't matter much but this looks like being so damn tight in this division a couple more defeats could condemn us to staying down.

I wouldn't blame Megson for anything at the moment as I think he has improved our team and spirit massively.
Yes we seem to be slipping back into our old ways, but if anybody can sort it out it's him.

Agree3 Disagree0

MM has backed him with " £400k " on the team at the moment ! Thats not a criticism of MM its just a fact ! AND it just shows how well GM has wheeled, dealed, bribed & motivated to get us where we are . If MM DOES spend some money NOW on the players that GM wants (NOT what Paul Aldridge thinks ! ) we'll go all the way. But as far as I'm concerned MEGSON is beyond ANY criticism for what he's done for us so far - with what he's had to work with !!

Check out cheltenam towns goalie maybe we should be looking at him. He has got them to 3rd in leauge 2 basicly himself. No joke.

Thought the lads would have learned their lesson last week.
Hope this isn't the start of the SWFC shuffle.

I hope not too. This league is so tight for the second place wobble a bit and we'll be left with the play offs - in other words a 75% chance of staying in this league for another season.

We was second
this time last year. Same s**t different season.

Nice to see you're not jumping OFF the bandwagon now we've lost 2 in 16 ??
