Heard at game yesterday ....3 months ago dj offered John Carew a contract with us ...he turned us down flat....now he has come back and asked us to sign him ...dj told him he had missed the boat !!!! In dj I trust

At a guess DJ probably offered a few players contracts early on in pre season he has worked non stop to bring playeers in.In Carews case he probably thought better offers would come along he is a player in the twilight of his career that thought he was worth more or his agent did.Glad he refused prefer the young signings with potential.

everton signed m'baye. thats one midfielder and one striker/ attacking midefielder in a week. as everyone as inferred that jones is referencing everton being the team they have signed a player from but are waiting for them to find a replacement, surely now barkley or maybe velios is coming to us?

If you read everything, Moyes also said that it was unlikely anybody would go out on loan until the transfer window closes next week.

Let in 2 goals AGAIN we cant go on giving 2 goals away , fortunatley they looked good again up front. Worrying a little Millwall not one of the stronger teams, still we won thats the main thing UTO

Quite right but goal difference lost that manchester crew the title, we need to shape up at the back. We're doing ok but lets not make it easy for them to score we wont get 3 goals every game and to win so far thats what we've needed UTO
