Lee is obviously showing nothing can not even make bench. Buxton not match fit and still in side.

Reda was just the same at CB erratic unpredictable wholehearted but at CB you cannot get away with the mistakes like you can at LB .Leave him at LB DJ will change it when he thinks its needed.

A few posts coming in about Paul Corry, who has been courted by quite a few big clubs.
I'm guessing he'll be part of the ever growing Development Squad to start with.
Not heard many fans commenting on this but as well as building a really competitive 1st Team Squad, in the background we've made some real quality signings for the Development Squad.
I'm sure a few will become big names in next couple years, either by breaking in to the team, or bringing some money in to the clubs coffers.
Another example of how much the club has recovered from where we were a couple of years ago ?

Paul Corry is Irish and plays for UCD in Dublin. He had offers when he was younger to go to UK but decided to finish his education. He is a very good left sided midfielder. Recently selected for Irish u21 team. Only Irish based player selected. Best player on the pitch when my team, Shamrock Rovers, played UCD last time out. He could be a very very good buy for you. Deal done according to Irish papers

Who the hell is paul corry we have signed for 70,000 euros from university college dublin news from daily mirror {Ed023's Note - As an Irish editor I can tell you Corry is a good midfielder. I don't know how he will make the step up but last season with UCD he was their best player in helping them to promotion}

Rumour started a couple of weeks ago and when DJ was asked about just said No. It sounded out of character and on this forum I said thought we were still chasing. He was widely sought after 3 years ago by many Premier clubs and Owen Coyle at Burnley thought he had got him. He decided to go to University instead and complete studies. He liked Burnley as he was impressed with manager although other bigger clubs made him offer. He was and still is regarded as one of Irelands best footballing prospects. A tall 6'2in left footed midfielder, with aptitude for passing and tackling. Also likes a shot and well earned reputation for scoring from 20 yards plus.
