Wednesday need to shuffle the pack for jan try and bring in some experience id do something like this if i was dj
Jimmy boothroyd - Back to qpr
Big Mama - back to stoke ( il drive him for half the petrol)
Corry-- send out on loan
Rodri - send back to barca (pointless him been with us plus if he is home sick no other option)
Mcguire- send out on loan
If this did happen id say we needed another 2 strikers 1 midfielder and 1 RHS centre half
Jackson from norwich, baath from wolves or mcguire from blunts (wednesday fan after all)
leaves me with a centre mid and another striker ??

Just remember Maguire ISN'T A Wednesday fan, sad to say but he didn't have a team until he went to Utd, and has grown attached to them, he grew up supporting Manchester City, as his father supported them

Agree1 Disagree6

Id like to see us sign some experienced pros at this level in the window a midfield powerhouse is a must this is a area where we cant compete with established teams in the division at the moment i hear rory delap may be available i know hes getting no younger but hes a good solid pro who knows the league . So is kevin phillips who isnt getting as much playing time as hed lik an is still a lethal finisher which we are also in dire need of for the tight games one goal is often key . I also think a return to the club for danny batth would be a great replacement for beevers we also lack a balance on the left wing not to sure about helan returning im not sure hes ready yet . any thoughts people.

Rodri is not homesick - fact !
If he leaves the Owls he will stay in UK prob in Prem ! - so can you work out what (who?) the problem is ?

One Dave Jones ~ There's Only One Dave Jones ~ One Dave Jones! ;)

Believable4 Unbelievable4

True, thank God !

Agree5 Disagree4

Well it was good to see 2 wins on the trot, but we are not out of it yet. The team the fans all outstanding, if we can keep this up we should finish well in mid table, but lets not talk about playoffs we do need a little more than what we have so lets hope something happens in january. If it does and we can consolidate this year then hppefully we can have a real crack at promotion next year UPO eric the owl

Agree2 Disagree2

Play offs?!?!?! Are you for real? It's a relegation battle all the way matey. Hopefully we will stay up. 2 wins is great, but my main concern with Jones is the poor players he has bought - we needed 3 or 4 good championship players to add to our squad and we got loads of players who aren't good enough so we have had to rely on last year's players too much. A couple of wins hasn't changed this. Still bad management for me.

Agree4 Disagree3

Well said mate, we had a couple of wins on trot earlier in season (Ips/Posh) then we got even worse so not out of woods yet.
The big positive change is an experienced coach / Gray coming in. He is confident enough to argue his point with Jones , I think we saw some of that already yesterday with team selection and set up.
I just hope that Gray isn't a Bothcrap fan cos hes fit to play ! If he does its end of recovery !

Agree3 Disagree3

Playoffs are you for real - well my friend you should read what I said I said consolidate this year and try for promotion next year just read the thing properly what have you been drinking ?? it seems good get me a couple lol eric the owl

Keiran lee excellent when he came on. Think he ought to get a regular spot .buxton is a centre half by trade so don't know whyjones hasn't tried him there as we playing with 2 left footed centre backs.lera done ok but has cost us a few goals recently . ps great to see the team work ethic and team spirit back and fans 100 pc behind the team

Believable5 Unbelievable0

But Llera has saved a lot more goals than he is generally given credit for

Agree9 Disagree0

Llera is everywhere , gets thro some right work. Everybody seems to notice when he gets one wrong but hes always in there next time never hides.

With a few good signings in January could we go on a run and make the play offs? Sound crazy but hey why not? Sunderland did it under Keane and they were in an even worse position than us at this time of the year.

Believable0 Unbelievable7

Calm down everyone now we got a coach in to help Dj ,I think mid table is where we will finish,I know gray only been here a few days but come on how much better was that on saturday.left side with big reda and helen looked solid, centre backs were outstanding, midfield pruts and 19 year old McCabe were class and although we did not score from them madine looked hungry and tried,as for ogrady his heart on his sleeve as usual,am really optimistic possible FA cup run ? I think so.

Agree5 Disagree0

Would rather stay up than have a cup run but would not mind both
