I don't see Cooper being any advancement on SG at all. So who do we want?
My vote would be save the wages of roeder, CC and the army of people we seem to be employing and get big Sam, proven quality available and in my opinion 'quite' realistic.
Any thoughts?

Everything but everything points to Roeder being the main instigator in all the problems we have at the moment. How did he inveigle himself into this job? I had great expectations for the coming season but now it all seems gloom and despondency, not even a pre-season fixture list.

Get big Sam in as manager and let him bring his own number two. All this director and coaching titled rubbish is pathetic. We're an English football club and should operate as such. If it's good enough for Man United, Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool etc then I'm sure it's good enough for us.
