I was wondering just how many season tickets been sold cos it says on home page we sold 48% more than last year, things are going really well for us cant believe how things have changed just fantastic an I suppose I have to admit, Im pleased its going other way for piggies. Probably I should'nt gloat but I took so much crap from them can't help me sen.

Believable2 Unbelievable2

I read in an earlier post swfc SITE we sold about 11,000 at this stage last year, so my guess around 16,500.

Agree2 Disagree0

Your right mate, its around that figure hopefully we can get it up to the 20 mark and then most games will easily be 30thaw

Agree0 Disagree0

I was in the ticket office last Saturday talking to the manager there i asked him the same question and he said they had sold about 15,000 - this is compared to a figure of 12,500 last year dont forget we nearly have 2 months to the start of the season to build on this figure

Agree2 Disagree0

Whatever the ticket sales are it seems they are really impressive and It shows MM that the fans are doing their bit

Agree0 Disagree0

With a bit of luck the extra sales will filter down into the transfer fund

u all on bout heskey tudguy.wat bout luke varney bak

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Have him back no worries. Most technically gifted forward we've had for years. Fingers crossed

Agree1 Disagree3

What`s all this crap about Heskey he`s too old and too slow. now Tudgay on the other hand. He were a right player for us an remember that goal he scored against pigs fff fantastic

Agree3 Disagree2

Tudgay didn't care about Wednesday towards the end, so it was time for him to leave.

Agree6 Disagree0

Luke varney was many things, but technically gifted was not exactly one of them; lots of effort amd plenty of flair

that game where he single handedly defeated plymouth was unreal

Agree3 Disagree0

Good all round honest player but always seems to end up in struggling teams. Is this a coincidence or just bad luck, for this reason would give him a miss.

Agree1 Disagree0

There was a few he won single handedly too. Short momories

Agree1 Disagree0

Varney would be an ideal candidate to play alongside Madine.

Agree1 Disagree2

Surely sibon was most technically gifted player we have had since relgation from prem but he was lazy most of time

Ed have Wednesday signed Llera on a permanent deal? {Ed001's Note - yes, it was done in January, on an 18month contract, so classed as permanent.}

is it just me or does this close season seem to be dragging, still another 8 weeks to go till kickoff wish i could hibernate, not the same watchin euros when we have no players out there, unless theyre on hols.

Believable5 Unbelievable0

Must admit watchin euros int good,
plus it wont be now with papers putting rooney on front page to jinx us, whats odds on him getting sent off.

Agree1 Disagree0

But the euros has been quite entertaining

Spain vs Italy was class
