Whomever it is, they need to have a couple of weeks to assess the squad we've got before January to make any changes they think necessary.

Tbh in my opinion what we have got is more than good enough to stay up, just get someone in to manage it properly.

Go get mad dog Martin Allen in. He would make these players in to decent players and woe betides anyone who's not pulling there weight. He's doing it now at Gillingham who are sitting at the top of the league and is a master at getting the best out of the players at his disposal. He's even got Deon Burton scoring week in week out. He plays the 4 4 2 formation and prides himself on having the fittest teams in the league. He made his name at pulling clubs away from the relegation trapdoor even later in the season than this so I'm sure he could keep us up no probs and would instill a winning mentality in the team that's been missing since Gary Megson was wrongfully sacked. As a player at West Ham he played with his heart on his sleeve and does the same as a manager which is something we are screaming out for right now!!

MM sacked him at Leicester after about 4-5 games cos he wouldn't do as he was told !
In any case he couldn't cut it here too big a club in too high a league for him, so blow us another name for a change

Can't do any worse than what DJ is playing now and you could have various formations with these players! 4-3-3, 4-5-1 or put Pecnik on the wing and play 4-4-2! Why DJ can't see this is beyond me! UTO

I would imagine that, considering the defensive frailties we have, playing an attacking winger at left back may not be the solution.
