Birmingham, Cardiff, Blackburn, Leeds - all bought out, all varying degrees of disaster.
Wait and see.
1.) Yes we got what you said in your previous post 5 minutes before this one, in fact to be honest i'm not sure why i'm even responding to this as I think your a Blunt or Weed wanting to cause trouble and also just a tiny but jealous. Why focus on the negatives, Man City did well after they got taken over by Thai people, Leicester have done well after a Thai takeover. Hull and QPR have done moderately well after takeovers getting them to the premiership. Lots more positive takeovers than negative.
2.) Abso bloody lutley

Lets see what happens. Hope it doesn't turn out to be another Blackburn, Cardiff, Leeds, Birmingham et al, take over shambles!
