Can someone explain to me the rules on salary/signings and such cause I've seen a few posts saying we couldn't get this or that guy cause of certain caps if you will but I see teams signing guys for up words of 12 Mil or potentially so i'm just curious what the rules are? I read somewhere the other day about how the salaries have gotten out of control which I didn't really need to read that article to know that but I know in like the NFL they have team salary caps and such and in MLB if the team spends over a certain amount they have to pay a luxury tax that I guess gets paid out to the smaller market clubs. I know its not like that in England but I did read they are considering moving to something like that because the money is getting out of control.

You can't spend more than you are taking in to keep it simply. Teams get a fortune in parachute payments. Think DC has got around it by sponsoring himself. Stops teams going bankrupt eg Rangers Portsmouth etc. And crooks like Dave Allen can't put thier own debts on clubs.

I'm A simple creature so I'm good with you keeping it simple. I have what I like to call tiny dinosaur brain syndrome. But all sounds good to me I think we'll be alright personally I think we need a few left backs but we'll see how it goes.
