A friend who works in the finance industry says that he is hearing similar noises around the club as when MM took over indicating that a takeover is happening. He says he has no information on who are the interested parties or how far along the talks are, but indications are that at least something is happening

It's the guy who sells pies init?

If it's true about the pie seller then DJ will be more than happy lol!

U don't have 2 b in finance 2 know there's sumthing happening behind the scense it common knowledge! Most pointless message I've read!

Agree9 Disagree0

Not a completely pointless message. As you say anyone can guess something is going on behind the scenes, there has to be something weird happening as the club seems to have stagnated, but getting info from someone in the know at least proves that rumours are correct (or not, the original poster might just be a bull***ter)

Jake Fowler a 20 yr old striker is on trial and is included in the Under 21 squad for tonight's game against Barnsley. Another development player?

Watching Wolves vs Notts County, County playing good, enthusiastic, on the deck football, comfortable on the ball football, working hard and want to win. In fact everything we don't do. Get their manager Chris Kimomya if he can get them playing like that I would welcome him with open arms.

Agree2 Disagree5

Notts County are struggling near the foot of league one, not far above our hapless neighbours from across the city. So no, I don't think so!

Saw some of that game, couldn't understand what the players were doing, they ficked the ball and it went to one of their own players can't be right that. LOL

Still beat one of the biggest spenders and most fancied teams in league 1. Played very good football last night, some of their passing was top class, made a lot more chances in half of the a game that I saw than I have seen us make all season, unfortunately they either missed them or the goalkeeper made very good saves. I would rather watch that than what we have had to put up with this season.
