My mate from Scotland who is a Kilmarnock season ticket holder says in there program Wednesdays are going to make a 100k bid for kris boyd as he is out of contract in the summer.

There's always transfer news in programs. Not every program is the same as Wednesdays
I know he flopped at Middlesbrough and I know the likelihood is he'd flop for us but there is just SOMETHING about Boyd. Would love to sign him. Just wish I knew why!
However, read on social media blunts linked with loan move for ALF. Surely, SURELY that's a player we could get if he were to be available. Proved himself in championship.
I think Elliot Grandin and Kris Boyd would be good signings, Boyd scored goals for fun at Rangers and Grandin were good at Blackpool in the Prem.
Boyd is no way gud enough. We need 2 look at better players then him if we r gunna stop up!
The something about him is probably because we wanted him before he went to rangers an there was 0 chance we would get him back then

where do we have 100k from to spend on someone who is out of contract in the summer? let alone 100k to spend on anyone?
