Villa, Norwich and Wigan are all after Michail Antonio of Sheffield Wednesday, Norwich are thought I be favourites, with them aleready offering 1.3 million plus Christ Martin, Wigan are thought to have enquirer and the offer what they got back was 3 million for the pacey winger
If Zaha is worth 15m Antonio is surely worth more than 3 million.
Nice one Blunt.
Even the spelling smells of swine.
Dream on
I think someone needs to stay off the ale, what a corker
Oooo who told ya this then
Obviously not true.
He's good but not premier league standard, yet.
I doubt clubs in a relegation battle would be looking to buy him.
Don't have a go at this Blunt for starting a rumour about us selling 1 of our best players Its not his fault he thinks selling your best players is normal.
Think lita might be a sweetner and antonio could be sold
We have no reason to sell our best players, unlike you blunts which need to! You think we are stupid believing owt like that
See how the Blunts are giving themselves away by disagreeing with obvious posts?
Transparent.
Maybe as true as the beckhams buying shef wed.
Bosch Spice?
Anyone heard anything about further signings

Cause we've got Lita; who is an amence signing. Are we just forgetting about Earnshaw and moving on? cause I would really love him being at the Owls, as he's been one of my favorite players for years! and I don't know what to think of Pugh, I liked Helan a lot cause of his goal he scored against charlton and his pace is great against the defenders in the championship. UTO Hopefully Lita will score more for us!
Ha ha we always got out of league 1 second attempt lets see blunts do that. hmm I don't think we will be playing you next season ta ta.

Sheffield Wednesday to sign Man City youngster Daniel Lopes on loan for rest of season Dave Jones was at man city yesterday for 4 or 5 hours with Mancini hoping to get lopes and helan but helan going to watford more signings to come says dave jones
It's Marcos Lopes a 17 year old Portugeuse player.
Predicted to be a world class player and the next Messi.
Attacking left footed midfielder.
Bring it on DJ! {Ed001's Note - you might want to check the Premier League rulebook, players need to be 18 now to go out on loan. The papers were doing this last season with Raheem Sterling, when he was too young to go on loan. He even put a post up on his Twitter explaining he was too young to go on loan but Sly and the papers carried on making up more rumours of him going out on loan!}

I rather have a lita than a pint oh i'd rather have a lita than a pint ooh i'd rather have a lita rather have a lita rather have a lita than I pint!!LEROY LITA SONG!
If Marco Lopes comes to Hillsborough it will be on a youth loan deal like Barkley's. Obvious Blunt wrote opening post as he has tried to make it like it is from a website or paper but can't spell already. Unlucky lad. {Ed001's Note - Ross Barkley wasn't on a youth loan, he is over 18.}
Il think you'll find Barkley was on a youth loan Edds note, that's why he got called back as soon as Everton said, we extended his loan week by week. That's how youth loans work.
Ull find barkley was on a youth loan. that's why he only signed a month at a time. Dave jones stated this wen we signed him
Sorry Ed but that's inaccurate.
Ross Barkley was on a youth loan to the Owls, originally for a month, only able to be extended for a month at a time.
FL Rule 53.3.3 - Applies to Youth Loans for scholars in 2nd or 3rd years and Contract Players still under 20yrs old on July 1st before start of season. As Barkley is, and so is Lopes, who is in his 2nd/3rd year. {Ed001's Note - that is FL rules, not PL rules. Everton abide by Prem rules. He was loaned on Emergency Loan rules, under Prem rules that can have a recall clause, nothing to do with youth from Everton's side. Whereas Lopes is under the age of 18.}
Lopez is coming in on loan you, ll see next week.
Interesting point you raise but something wrong.Halen also came on youth loan, we had him for one month and exteded for further month. I do believe you have limits on extending emergency loans and Barkley's was extended twice so something wrong with your argument Ed. The Youth loan was description given on Official Wednesday web site. Also checked Arsenal web site and they have loaned players under 18 in the past. For e.g. Ryo went Feyenoord when he was 17. Also they have placed players with spanish clubs until work permit satisfied and some of them under 18. {Ed001's Note - you are still not reading what I said. The loan rules in the Prem are different. He was loaned out under Prem rules, but you have to loan him in within Football League rules, which allow youth loans. Why don't you try reading the Prem handbook, then you can argue your point from knowledge. The Prem rulebook is altered every season, so saying U18s went on loan in the past is irrelevant.}
Hi Ed, just read the Prem Handbook 2012-13, Section relating to Acadamy & youth players and can find no references even resembling what you are saying . Can you quote the Section which applies please. {Ed001's Note - the temporary transfer section, page 180. Loans are temporary transfers.}
Thanks for the response I have not read rule book and could see differences. I have read your posts and are you saying Premier clubs can loan players out under football league rules. By the way will read Premier League Handbook. {Ed001's Note - no, Prem clubs have to abide by Prem rules, Football League clubs abide by Football League rules. So Everton sent out Barkley under Prem rules which allow recall clauses etc to be negotiated between the two teams involved. It is just a temporary transfer to them. Wednesday, on the other hand, are operating under the auspices of the Football League, so the loan has to be within their rules. I haven't had a chance to check the Football League rulebook for this season, so I don't know what clauses etc are allowable under which rulings. But, either way, both clubs have to abide by the rules of their own league, which obviously have a lot more differences than I realised. For instance Prem clubs are limited to only 2 incoming loans at any one time, whereas the Football League let you have more, just limit the number in a match day squad.}
Sounds like none of you know the score so ill wait to see if he signs for clarification
Hi Ed, I can't find any reference to age restrictions in that section, or anywhere else in the Prem Handbook for that matter.
The only age restrictions I can find is the FL rules one mentioned on here which are as stated?
Thank you for getting back. I see the point you are making what we call youth they call something else. I have just read section V from start to finish and failed to find any reference to 17 year olds. Is it possible it has changed since last year. Only comment I found on age was under 17 is an academy contract. Furthermore it looks as though loans / temp transfers to foreign clubs are not covered. {Ed001's Note - there are different rules for foreign loans, it is very confusing and not well set out, I agree. The handbook only deals with the mechanics of loaning out to teams in England, as the rules for loaning abroad are governed by UEFA or FIFA, depending on if they are within Europe or outside it. They changed the rules for 2011/12 (if I remember correctly), to stop under 18s going out on loan, I am told it was a child labour issue, though I am not sure what one. Probably because of hours of work and having to live away from home, while still legally classed as a child, I would say.}
Hi Ed001 - Surely the only point we are debating/discussing is the age issue.
Having read the section you directed us to in the Prem Handbook there is nothing in it that mentions age at all.
The only reference I can find to age and transfers is the one in the FL rules - 53.3.3 - which is as above?
Perhaps the Sterling incident is an urban myth? (lol) {Ed001's Note - it is no myth, Liverpool looked into it as they wanted to send him on loan. Brendan Rodgers wanted to send him out on loan at the beginning of this season, as well, but was also informed he would be ineligible until this particular transfer window.}
At the end of the day ed, Barkley was on a youth loan mate, however way you look at it
