McDermott is on the verge of sack if this was to happen I hope MM goes an gets him straight away along with players like le fondre who should have been an owl long time ago anyway we can all dream on as fans reality is were stuck with a guy who's head is bigger than south stand yes DJ!! so MM wake up an show ur shrewd business sense an get the right man in before it's too late to win the fans over as they will turn against u too cus they love the club too much.

No, he only managed non-league before Reading.
So hes not been sacked yet, and tbh hope he doesn't cos hes an excellent manager , and a truly nice, decent chap.

Actually swansea's current style of play was started by Martinez! Look how we'll rogers has done with Liverpool! Great manager just ruining his reputation at one of the worst clubs players wise in the prem!

Rodgers built that Swansea team not Martinez, and although Liverpool are struggling he has brought through a few decent youngsters.
Also if you check BBC news today Rodgers is looking to bring in a couple of very good young prospects.
