Court case is no millstone, problem was covered by insurance.
Also Sheff Wed is different legal entity to one at thta time.
Seen rubbish like this before and can assure everyone no legal issues preventing takeover.
It is simply no one has come up with plan which satisfies Milans requirements.

Not sure where this came from. He was very good young player but suffered ruptured achilles injury in 2012 whilst playing for Swansea reserves and spent year out of game. Apparently came back in Jan 2014 and was released by Swans at end of season. Achilles bad injury and may not have recovered properly. Wednesday released Gardner he played well for us but real risk when player had this type of knock.

I hear we're looking at Josh Carson from York to replace JJ. Played with Lavery at Ipswich and comes highly recommended.

I replied factually to above comment on Situ re injury it was not meant to be snide and do not think it reads that way.
Personally will be surprised if bring in more wide players already have Antonio, Halen, Maghoma, Stobbs and although forwards Maguire and Lavery played in tgose areas as well.
Never heard of Carson.

I agree that we don't necessarily need another wide player, especially over a CB. But I am not sure I follow your logic that we wouldn't sign a player because you hadn't heard of him! Had you heard of Atdhe Nuhiu or Caolan Lavery before we signed them!
