Rooney, Baines and Gerard were not good enough they let rest down.
Sterling, Welbeck, Henderson, Sturridge did wellas did centre halves.
Felt a bit sorry for Baines as left exposed by tw in front of him. Manager took wong players off and we deteriorated.

IMO, Bains struggled because he had no support from Rooney on the left.
For me, that small tactical error of judgement cost us.
Having said that, Pirlo was the difference. Genius.

Rooney has only had 1 decent tournament 2004 and he was part of a 2 man attack with owen. If we played 2 up front Rooney would deliver we did the same with scholes people only realised how good he was when he retired. We should play to Rooneys strengths

Remember with new financial fair play rules only £5 million could be spent swfc. Looking at mammadoff at other clubs he owns, he prefers a small influx of players over a few years. Swfc won't be going out and buying every player. There could be maybe 4-5 players coming in but they won't be high fees as he's very sensible and doesn't like spending massive fees. UTO.

The £5m that keeps getting quoted is very misleading. It is a nominal figure that could be given as a subsidy to the club without penalty under FFP.
Mamma may chose to spend a lot less or significantly more, it's his choice! Provided he is willing to pay any penalty payments that might be imposed.
I think QPR Chairman put in over £80mill last season, well over their parachute payment!
The Cardiff chairman spent over £60m the year before!
The rules don't say you can't spend the money, they just say it will cost you if you break the guidelines.

While I believe you are right concerning Mammadov, he probably will not throw silly money at Wednesday. We all know there are ways around FFP rules as some clubs do spend more than you would expect. The club can only spend a percentage of their income. If income is increased through, let's say, stadium sponsorship and kit sponsorship then the money they can spend is also increased. But like I said earlier I too believe he is a sensible man who will not be spending huge amounts of money.
