Watch this space..... Dave Jones will be sacked no matter what the results and will be replaced in January by former Brazil legend Zico. This is from the mouth of Carlos numan the former players agent and advisor. Source: El bynio radio (Argentina) tonight 10pm.

This was also reported earlier on BBC World Service about 3 hours ago mate Not sure if it will work as he doesn't know English football and struggles with the language.

This will be a fantastic scoop for Wednesday. Obviously Milan as been working on getting him for a while behind the scenes. My mate just rang to tell me the news. Not smiled so much for months. He'll hopefully attract some top names to Hillsborough.

As for the person who has refrred to me as a pr#*k, get a life. People post their thoughts on these forums and they provoke debate, that is the whole point. Derogatory comments are not needed.

End off the day it doesnt matter what we are worth.
what matters is jones is failing in his job, regardless of his past reputation.
He needs to go and then we will stop bickering amongst ourselves.
just to add.im 43 and leeds im afraid to say have been the more famous club in my lifetime.
So the guy on about us being more famous around the world. Yeah maybe amongst 70 year olds.

I apologise if people believe I am having "a pop" this was not my intention, just trying to point out what I believe to be common sense.
In my opinion there are two types of people that buy football clubs. One being a person who buys cheap ands sells for a profit ( the Manderic). The second being the one who buys an expensive hobby ( the Abromovic). In both cases the buyer would try to keep the initial outlay to a minimum, the first to increase the potential profit and the second to put the money into the playing squad.
So with this in mind 200m for a club similar in size to Wednesday would not be wise. I do think though that Manderic will have the best interest of the club in mind as this will increase any future profit. When he does seel I hope we get the second type of buyer.

I was the poster who is supposed to have said MM will sell for £200m or something similar ?
As the chap who kindly tried to defend our two posts last night pointed out, i never said any such thing . If people would bother to read it .
We discussed a profit of £20m on an investment of £30m? which would mean a sale price of anything over £50m to realise that , at least it was when I went to school?
The figure of £200m relates to Leeds takeover, where figures of £50-£200m are in public domain . I took the upper one to illustrate that if we were worth minimum half Leeds value , which I maintain we are, it could be possible form to make a sizeable profit over and above the £20m that MM would be expecting.
So with more respect than my post received, I didnt make the numbers up Im not deluded ,ive just put together the figures that are out there to support one possible outcome .
Dont mind at all if you disagree , thats how the original post originated , but if you are going to quote me , please take the trouble to read what I said .

Where are people getting these figures, 200m for Leeds has surely got to be way off the mark. 50-100 m for Wednesday absolutely no chance. I would say closer to 40-50m for Leeds and at the moment around 30 ish for Wednesday. Dont always believe what you read in the papers. You can pick up lower end Premiership clubs for that.

Well said posters 1 & 2. The guy was pushing MM selling us for at least 100 million before 2013, due to the fact that we had a decent history during the 30's. Bizarre.

The argument being that he has managerial experience.

Well said 1n2? What you on? ... You obviously are 1or2 and a total a**e.
Them 2 posts last night had more sense than most of stuff on here , both saying different but both good posts.
He never said owt about 30s and he said the numbers were guesses so why be a p***k about it coming back on again.

Ohh god here we go again people saying who the next manger will be when the time comes when dj is sacked then buy all means have a say as mutch as all the fans are angry at dave jones i can not see mm getting rid of him any time soon but back to relality hes building the accadamy up name a manager who we have had that has done that we are a hard paying fans and we all have a opinion some fans want instant success just like that it will never happen unless you have the money like man city we should all be thankfull that mm had bought us or we might not be were we are now rant over !!

It was my post...I don't want to get rid of Jones and I do want ALL fans to get behind the team tomorrow...see you there!
Agree1
Disagree2
I'll get behind the team but not Jones. I'm afraid I don't buy this it's tough adjusting to this division gibberish he talks. It's not affected other clubs so why us? Then again they haven't been managed the way this club has this season. Get rid of Jones and we will survive, the longer he stays the more likely we'll be back in the tin pot league next season.
Agree3
Disagree1
Ok lets be realistic here we get rid of jones some one else come in changes the tactics a bit give the players some self belief the fact is hes messed whtih the team so mutch this season players are as clueless as the manager is but whith mr burton going to arsnal you can see why jonesy didnt want to let him go now we all know why i just hope and pray that we win tomoz and that in jan we either get a new manager in who knows this division and what is required to get ower selfs a decent team that can gel togther and be a mighty force mm said he had a 5 year plan to get us in the prem after he has done this weather he sells or not thats up to him but i know for one thing he wont be here for the long run look what he did at outher clubs he bought and now they are a lot better off
Agree2
