I thought Madine asked a few more questions of DJ tonight .
Not just his goal, but he was busy, managed to pose a goal threat up front for us for first time in a good while, and got on the end of a few things.
Got to ask why hes not been given a decent run in side to prove what he can or can't do for us before talk of farming him out on loan ?

Dave Jones is blaming the referee yet again for our defeat tonight, he said - the decision to allow our goal was disgraceful, it was a mile offside !
Oh and he also said - its a learning curve !

Believable1 Unbelievable0

He also said hes thinking of starting - how to defend lessons - cos hes just noticed that weve conceded 3 goals in a game quite a few times this season.

Agree2 Disagree0

DONT PANIC DONT PANIC middlesboro are a poor side who we should have beat 5-0 tonight come on even some of the best sides would not get a result at boro.

Agree3 Disagree0

Tonight was pathetic. No passion, playing far too deep, standing off players, awful passing, but, most of all, we simply don't show any determination to win the ball - without that everything else is irrelevant. Our players are just going through the motions - running near the opposition, just putting in half hearted challenges. That all comes from not wanting to play for the manager in my opinion. It's time for Jones to go. To blame the ref yet again after a gutless display like that is a joke.

You Wednesday fans are unbelievable. I'm a West Ham fan and we would love Paulo to become our manager even though we're doing ok at the moment in the premier league. That man was a legend at our place and we take players that show passion like him to heart and never forget them. Your team are once again heading down to league 1 (the third division) and want to keep Dave Jones as manager?? We would be demanding he was sacked and calling for Di Canio to be installed before some other club snaps him up. Or have you got no passion which is why you never appreciated him??

Believable1 Unbelievable3

This is pork and not cockney pork either

Agree2 Disagree0

All WHU can do is blow bubbles, but pork well ! sometimes you wouldnt know they were there (except for the smell) and they cant hide that even with body spray UTO eric the owl

Agree2 Disagree0

In the small chance that the guy is really a West Ham fan...
I totally agree, Di Canio's reaction for pushing the ref was due to his passion and commitment and I would be very happy for him to take over as manager at Wednesday, especially if it meant him pushing Jones and Bothroyd right out of Sheffield for good.

It would`nt surprise me if Bothroyd tried to impress tonight cus he`s in front of TV camera`s.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Be great if he does, at least we could find out then if he can impress ??

Agree1 Disagree0

He didnt impress ..... AGAIN !!!

How about Madine goes to Swindon as striker and Di Canio comes here as manager?

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Two wrongs dont make a right !!
DJ failing but Di Canio is a loose cannon n dont want him blowing up at Hillsboro again !
In any case hes only had couple seasons as manager not proven anything yet.

Agree2 Disagree2

Will be gutted if Madine goes. Jones has hardly given him a chance and instead keeps playing that donkey Bothroyd. The only conceivable reason to get rid of Madine is because of his legal difficulties. As for Cameron Jerome - an ex Cardiff player who has been less than prolific with a Premiership club - sound familiar?

Believable8 Unbelievable1

Another DJ love chid !!

Agree7 Disagree0

We will lose out jerome will be going to leeds, we just need 5 antonios in our team lol xxxxx

TO ALL THE FICKLE WEDNESDAY FANS OUT THERE SACK JONES THEN WHO DO WE BRING IN warnock hill then wot do we do sack them 4 not winning. begining of season the expectation was too high the players brought in didn't hear anybody complaining jones is a good manager it takes time

Believable5 Unbelievable1

Bring Megson back , never seen as much passion in an Owls team for years when he was here. End of day it was his team what got promotion.

Agree5 Disagree6

Last season I felt that the passion in the team was partially generated by two players. Lines and Reda.
With them being injured for so long we have missed that spark.

Agree5 Disagree1

Lines was better than ever pre-season till he pulled up against West Brom.
He would have been great .... if Jones picked him

Agree1 Disagree1

Even if they were fit theyd have to get past DJs2faves to get in team

Agree1 Disagree0

Wots wrong with everybody ? its going to take time most teams in this league are better than us thats why we were in div 1. We cant expect our team to come up and start beating these teams - most of them are very good. However I dont think DJ should have been buying so many youngsters for the future what we need is some experience and we need it now. We will need to spend some money in January you cant win games in the championship when half of them are freebies - we dont need players other teams want to get rid of we want the one's they want to keep. You will have to dig deep MM and DJ or we wont surrvive this season. UTO eric the owl

couldnt agree more with the frustration of many fans as regards to bothroyd in my opinion jj is more of an attacking threat and at some point will create a goal. but we do have a section of supporters that are incredibly fickle and im sure they all raved about Dj when he was winning games but their straight on his back when things start to go wrong ..We arent playing poorly when we get the ball its on the floor and we try to play football every now and again we will come up against teams like blackpool that are alot better in all areas of the pitch. we are having alot of bad luck with big decisions that could of vastly change games and would of definitly improved are poor string of results . MM is one of the most ruthless club owners in the country and after all those defeats Dj is still in charge surely that speaks volumes and shows what a good manager Dj is. Believe in the manager and the current squad and get 100% behind them and this will be turned around

Believable5 Unbelievable2

No it wont be turned round wake up soft lad and were not playing well at all weve had one good performance against bottom of league ipswich and if you call goin to every match home and away fickle then you wanna give your head a shake and p.s take them blinkers off

Agree3 Disagree0

Dont agree that some of our fans are fickle .... but some are obviously deluded !
It wont get better till we change it !

Agree7 Disagree1

Not playing well!! what team have you been watching you obviously dont go home and away.. what about Burnley, Blackburn,Derby and even wolves to some extent we have been the best team in all of those games.... so yeh lets sack jones and get in who?? Redknapp see if he could do a better job because i could gaurantee if he had a poor run then he'd all of a sudden be a rubbish manager who doesnt have a clue what hes on about like every other manger weve had in the past..... Infact id love jones to get sacked which would lead to inevitable relegation just so you lot can have egg on your face

Agree4 Disagree4

Lets get this right youd love us to get relegated cos that would prove that Jones is a good manager AND your an Owls fan .
Let me read that again ... it must be me ??

Agree4 Disagree0

I dont believe he really meant that, he's just getting het up like we all are when we have a bad run, but I'm sure all our fans are behind the team whoever they are once they have our famous blue and white shirt on we will support them THATS why we are among the best fans in the world and thats why eventually our team will come good UTO eric the owl

Agree0 Disagree0

We havnt been playing end of if we was playing well we wouldnt be in this mess

Agree0 Disagree0

We have been playing well in the main anyway we have one Lazy player thats letting us all down and in this div everyone must give there all to get the results, at the moment its like us having a man short and the opposition having an extra man because he is giving the ball away in important area`s.

Agree1 Disagree0

would you really trust dj to bring in some more players becouse i know i bleeding wouldnt

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Good point n prob what MM thinking now

09 Nov 2012 10:51:51
djs lost the players now hes lost the fans cant see it being long till hes gone now

Believable2 Unbelievable0

E might have lost you but I'm still behind him

Agree3 Disagree0

If youre behind him I hope youre in the queue for the exit door

Not sure if even a great performance and a win tonight would be enough to win the fans back, but he might just crack it if we lost and he sent Both packing to QPR tho ?
I think it's just him sticking with JB when eveybody knows he's been crap that's lost fans confidence in DJ.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

CHILL OUT ITS ONLY A GAME sorry will speak a bit quiter ,its early days ok so we cant keep a clean sheet, ok we cant score , ok we cant dominate a game ,apart from that what problems have we got,I dont condone managers getting abuse or asking for sack MILAN is in charge he will decide,on football manager i got owls into premier and into top4.does that make me a top manager noway, real life new players trying to get a settled formation can take months, milan will say dave carry on or go am behind milan for what he has done for our club, and you lot with very very short memories should also be.

Agree1 Disagree0

Jb will definatley cost dj his job

Agree1 Disagree0

Short memorys lol your only as good as your last game and well eerm we was shockin end of

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm sick of people saying give him time. Presumably you like the pressure of going into the last four or five matches needing to win to hope to survive? With better management we'd be mid table the sooner Jones clears out the better.

Agree2 Disagree1

Sick of people saying we were shocking on tuesday we created some good chances against a really good team that have been playing together for a few seasons

Agree0 Disagree0

Sick of people trying to get jones sacked why not go and set up your own dj page and slag him off on there and leave this site for people who want to support there club instead of surrounding it with negativity

Agree4 Disagree1

We are supporting the club best thing is if DJ goes, only decent team hes had since he come was Megsons

Agree1 Disagree1

MILAN will decide

Agree0 Disagree0

Soon I hope !
