think some of my fellow wednesday fans need to take the blinkers off and stop trying to fist fxxx dave jones it hasnt worked all season cant really see him turning round now but i said he wouldnt after the huddersfield match he wouldnt and hes not going to so wake the fxxx up and realise we need a big change OR WERE GOING TO GO DOWN

Believable5 Unbelievable1

The function of a manger is to organise and control. DJ has made a shambles: money wasted on players even he now knows are not good enough to command a place, tinkering with formation to try to cover the deficiency and wittering that it is other people's fault. Loyalty is an admirable quality but the trouble is that it can and does lead to blindness. Face facts my fellow Owls.

Agree2 Disagree1

We will not go down trust me after christmas some quality strikers coming in ,thats what i was told MILAN says we stay up that is the priority.

Agree1 Disagree0

Might be too far away to catch up by Xmas

Agree3 Disagree1

You could be right, but the one saving grace is the fact that there are a few worse teams in the league than us.

Agree3 Disagree0

Maybe there are but you have to be sure to pick up points against them n can we be sure ?

Dave Jones time is up it's just not working. Seems a good bloke but that doesn't make him a good manager. Sometimes it just doesn't work out, just look at Mark Hughes for example. I think changes need to be made before the fans turn on DJ and even Milan for sticking with him and the bad results week in week out.

Believable4 Unbelievable2

Same old fickle fans!

Agree4 Disagree3

Why is it fickle?the fans have been behind him all season singing his name at matches and so on,but peoples had enough now its getting depressing it needs shaking up or im sorry to say were going to end up going down and thats the first time ive mentioned the drop all season its getting a bit worrying im sure plenty would agree

Agree5 Disagree1

He means the fickle fans who've been turning up in all weathers year after year, paying out a fortune of their hard-earned, and just want to see the team they love do well.
Why do some fans insist on defending the manager just cos hes OUR manager.
Football managers should be same as anybody else at work, if you not doing job properly expect a bol***king, an if you cant do the job the gaffer will get somebody that can.

Same rubbish pouring out of so called Wednesday fans mouths Alex Ferguson had 1 game to save his job that was 26 years ago, I know we are no man u but sacking managers like we do just does NOT work so stop posting utter rubbish and get behind the team and management ME OWD THE OWL WTID

Agree3 Disagree1

It is difficult to back them when we are losing every week. I know what you mean but it just isn't working under DJ at the moment.

Agree1 Disagree0

Hasnt worked under dj all season to be honest

Agree2 Disagree0

One convincing performance - against Ipswich who were bottom and managerless

Cant believe all these negative posts about jones and tuesdays performance.. Face it blackpool were a better team.. theryve had longer to gel together and spent more money and are blessed with the quality of tom ince... Alot of wednesday fans need to get real and stop blaming the mangement for tuesdays defeat .. BLACKPOOL were the better team this league is the strongest it has been for years how can people expect us to walk it ... time to get realistic people

Believable4 Unbelievable5

Most of the people ARE being realistic and its not just about tuesday.
Most fans are upset with the management because of the way the club is being managed ! Some of the problems are glaring and obvious and are not being addressed.
Examples: 1.Defensive frailties and persisting with a new recruit who was obviously worse than what we had, and letting a promising defender go out on loan. 2. The majority of fans and probably a lot of the players don't believe Bothroyd is worth his place , but he is the first name on the sheet and the team shape and tactics centre on him ?? 3. Glowing praise for Barkley after every game, justified now but he is not part of our future and we do have our own players who are working very hard. 4. Now we find the only reason we are losing games , according to DJ, is because the refs have some sort of vendetta against us ??
Nobody expected promotion this year but we did expect to build on last year with a few clever transfers to bring in the Championship experience needed. Instead weve signed loads of quality young players, some who will definitely make the grade. But they wont be at S6 if we dont stay in this division and make progress.
As a result of examples like these and many more we are not progressing and that is why the fans are losing patience.

Agree6 Disagree1

He picks the team, he tells them how to play, he picks formations, hes squanderd money, its boring his excuses week in week out are boring his style of play is boring and its not good enough end of

Agree3 Disagree1

Why o why does DJ insist on playing Bothroyd he breaks up our attacks loses the ball nearly every time its passed to him, sure he has bags of talent when he feels like playing but most of time he don't and I realise now its got nowt to do with fitness like I thought when he first came he is just plain and simple Lazy.

Agree4 Disagree0

To the guy who posted quality young players.if you mean barkley and rodri.we haven,t signed them. They,re not our future

Agree0 Disagree3

I obviously didnt mean those two if you read what I said cos I mentioned Barkley NOT being ours. Rodri should be given a chance otherwise he'll never want to be ours will he?
But I do give credit for some of the young talent DJ brought in Corry, McCabe, Lavery, n couple of other foreign lads who play in dev squad.
My point was that he should have brought some experience in first to make sure we don't struggle like we are doing, the youngsters could have come later, priority has to be not going down.

losing patience with dj now i honestly think we might be better off with out him now been behind him all the way but enoughs enough time to go

Believable3 Unbelievable1

I said weeks ago his insistence on playing Bothroyd will get him the sack.
