Not being funny if mammadov and mandaric have been talking about a takeover for 4 or more months why is it taking so long.
{Ed001's Note - takeovers always take months. Even the Man City one was not completed immediately, as people always believe. The signing of Robinho was done as a good faith payment prior to completion of the deal, but the deal was only actually completed just in time for the following transfer window. That takeover was an extremely simple and quick one as well.}
He went to Reading v Wednesday game with Reading contingent on 8/2.
Can assume not in talks on this date and saw suggestion started in March with last 2 months of heavy negotiations.
Assume completed in Monaco two weeks ago. Paper work being readied in last week, and shirt being prepared with land of fire logo on.
Actually think if above tme scale accurate has been done quickly.
Also explains why Mandaric was furious with Hope. It could have scuppered this deal.

Jonathan Hope was the chap who said we were to be taken over by Qatari cosortium. Mandaric when interviewed ranted and said never even spoken to him.
