there's some decent strikers to be had ie bothroyd,campbell,kitson,jackson if we can get better than that be a bonus, anyone with ideas who.

What are everyone's thoughts on Dave Kitson? Just been released by Portsmouth and could possibly get 10-15 goals a season. I think we need a rapid striker who can get 20-30 goals but Kitson wouldn't be too bad on a free?
Think he would do okay, but a bit to old for my liking and I think he would command a reasonably high wage.
Very injury prone and mobility not as good as once was because of this. Ok if you want a striker similar to Blackpool Tower (large immobile) we do not need that type of player. We need one like grease lightning.

on Lavery's twiter page, I asked him why he wasn't playing in the game yesterday and Lavery said he was injured when he answered. So it looks like he was supposed to play

Caolan Lavery not mentioned at all on the Wednesday website but according to Lavery himself he has been promoted to the 1st team and given the #30 shirt....for proof go to www.cswusoccer.com
and scroll down the page. On his twitter he has a picture of himself in a #30 training shirt, a recent picture and then check the date on the blog, July 15.
He was in Portugal with the team as well and got injured (picture on his twitter). If he is not a development player anymore why has this not been announced...or would he be a development player and still possibly play for first team? I think he is part of the answer to the striker problem up front even if not a regular yet....

Boothroyd is best bet of 3, but honestly not keen on any of them remember its a team game and you need team players.
