Starting to see us linked with a few players now but still the "prophets of doom" and "frivalent spenders of other peoples money" aren't happy!
Mr Chansiri has stated right from the off that he has a "2yr aim" to get us back to Prem. So obviously he is going to steadily build and improve till hopefully we get over the line by 2017.
He will make mistakes along the way for sure, because he is in a totally new environment for him, and because he is human! But I have no doubt he will learn quickly and sort it out, because as a few posters have recognised, he means business.
His biggest mistake so far (apart from Mr Roeder of course!) was to say he "will spend what is necessary to achieve his aims", because certain of our fans (you know who they are?) saw that and thought that he meant "millions by the minute" - money no object! But Mr Chansiri, like all of us, will want value for his money!
A 2year plan will "amazingly" take best part of two years! So why don't we sit back and enjoy the ride instead of continually having a pop at the one bloke who has put a hell of a lot of his hard-earned, and will put a hell of a lot more, in to our club.

Well said I think we should get a campaign to get Mr Chansiri to give hOWLer a seat on the board as he speaks a lot of common sense

As I mentioned in another post on another thread, the money isn't a bottomless pit where we can sign lots of players for big money. We have to watch out for the fair play rules or we get a huge fine or a transfer embargo

Thanks for the thought Cams Grandad but "seat on the board"? - I'm happy to just try to be the voice of reason and common sense on here!
I subscribe to that old school of thought that says - If its really worth having, its worth waiting for!
Its been a long time since we've had a team that can compete at the top level, if we're only a couple more years away from being back there, I can live with that!

Well said Howler, the signings seem to be picking up, I don't think CC will be bothered who the club bring in, he is used to this kind of system. Someone mentioned on another site if CC wants to play wing backs and 3 at the back we might see 2 up front and a bit more goal scoring. CC has promised attacking play, will be interesting to see who he can pick up with his Portuguese contacts to liven things up at the front. Also I second Norwich's idea get Howler on the Board can always rely on him for some sense.
