To be fair it isn't Gray's fault, he put out a strong enough team. Its now down to Manderic to invest and provide cash for good players not just cheap players and loanees. We need to have a cash injection and try and make Wickham permanent. I know one player doesn't make a team but look at how we play with Wickham in the team.
Have to agree with Hornsea Owl.
Everybody shouting for this manager or another manager, it won't make a big difference unless MM digs deeper and puts more quality players on the books.
