Mark my word, and remember this. United will not go up this season, so the one thing we can take from DJ is derbies next season.

Headline on Club Website this morning - MOVING FORWARD - according to Jones ?
Hes trying to take some credit for yesterdays performance !
It was a great performance from the lads, credit to them, but its hardly taken us forward !
If it hadn't been for injuries he wouldn't have picked that team anyway - we all know that. And wait and see how many changes he makes again on Saturday.

I'm sorry but Jones BLAME CULTURE is driving me nuts !.
In the build up to the games its all "we're a team" "in it together" etc. Then immediately after the game he singles out and names individuals !
Didn't go to Cardiff but I listened on Player, it was backs to the wall, Alamo stuff, and thats how Jones had set up.
We created probably 3 chances all game, one of which fell to Madine.
From the stats it was the ONLY shot on target , so the keeper must have stopped it.
But now according to Jones its all Madines fault for not scoring the ONLY chance ! Don't know any striker that converts EVERY chance anyway?
Hes blamed defenders for a single error in a game when its the only foot they've put wrong ,and strikers have been dropped or pulled off for missing ONE chance before ?
How can you expect players to "play without fear" as he keeps saying, when there name will be plastered all over every paper if they slip up??
BUT ITS NEVER HIS FAULT !

Blaming the loss on Madine again for a missed chance is he, Darren Purse and the Radio Sheffield commentator said time and time again that when Antonio got in a cross into the box Madine was up against two defenders every time and there was nobody there to support him. It would have been the same if Sidibi had stayed on. If you are going to play 4.5.1 or 4.1.4.1 the midfield has to support the loan striker. But if Cardiff had taken half of their chances they had they would have been in double figures by the sound of it.

DJ would blame his own Grandmother if he could. Never his fault. Learning Curve my backside Jones. Porr leadership, porr example to players, bad communicator, lost the dressing room - now starting to lose the fan base; reduced ticket sales, reduced ST renewals, disgraceful attitude from the manager - take responsibility Mr Jones you MASSIVE person - TIME TO GO.

I am told that we have accepted an offer to sell Beevers to Millwall, only personal terms to be agreed. So that will leave us with three centre halves, two are mid thirties, one of these two Gardener is injury prone, Lleira is the only constant we have. Another baffling Jones decision! I listened to the match at Cardiff and although we were second best for almost the whole game the players put in a performance that had guts, determination, stout defending and passion, but there again Bothroyd didn't play, strange they put in a performance like that when he is not playing. Then again you look at the starting eleven and six of them were playing for us last season, at one point the number rose to eight, with only Kirkland, Taylor, Helan, Mayor and Sidibi starting. I and a lot of other fans thought that if we kept the nucleus of last years team and added extra quality in key areas we would have had a very good team and that starting line up and performance proves it. Everybody in football says you have the get the spine if the team right, that being Goalkeeper, Centre halves and Central strikers. We did bring in goalkeeper who has in my opinion performed, two over aged centre halves who have struggled but no quality experienced midfield players and no quality strikers (oh I forgot Bothroyd or rather I am trying to forget Bothroyd). My main concern if, I as stupid fan according to Mr Jones can see the problems in the team why the heck can't he. Or perhaps we fans are not as stupid has he thinks.

Just reading that Gary Megson is Wednesdays 3rd most successful manager of all time. So we sacked him. Any other clubs fans would have been in uproar over the decision to sack him. It's a good job that we're not one of the passionate clubs as we could have seen mass demos. Just look at Blackburn this season and even Chelsea over the last 3 games over the appointment of Raffa. We all want Jones out but we don't make a song & dance out of it we just have a bit of a grumble to a friend or neighbour. We're a very sleepy club, perhaps we need to wake up.

The Chairmans loyalty to his manager is admirable - but totally misguided and 12month too late.
He should have stayed faithfull to Megson , things may have taken a different path but the club would have still been bouyant and progressing.
But that was his first mistake.
He's making an even bigger mistake now in not acting to remove Jones. Even if we win on Saturday, which we should, and HAVE TO , he has not shown any evidence WHATEVER that he can follow that up with enough results to keep us in this league.
