What did I tell you yesterday,no new signings today.

And all those people kidding themselves we was going to sign someone. Needed ritchie or like bournmouth have just signed mcdermott from hudds. Were bournmouth getting money from yet we cant buy f**k all. On top of this we sign jones who cant beat sedgwick and reda jonhson for a wing position. Bad team managing meggo. fed up of saying this but should have only got marshall but that is now the past. We look forward and make sure we play the right players inthe right positions and we do our bit by getting down to ALL the games and support our wonderfull club. WTID.

How does reda johnson whos a defender beat JJ for a postion on the left wing?

Maybe cos he plays for 90mins, and that's not knocking JJ , just fact.

Ye so play jj and go for win if ur winning solid.the team up play a stronger player their for the.last 20mins or so. Bad managing meggo.

Sheffield United squad spotted at hillsborough to watch tonights game. Rumour has it they are coming to see how football is played, what a good kit looks like and how to get refreshments not from a trough. Just seen their team tractor and trailer parked round the back.

But we are playing away.

Let down by mandaric??are you taking the mick??without milan mandaric we wouldnt be a club anymore,yes we are a promotion pushing side but you can expect us to be signing messi and ronaldo when we are in the 3rd division and milan is at court about 'cheating tax revenue'so if were signing someone its eithier for free or cheap or on loan until we can start chucking money what got us into debt last time keep calm were GOING UP!in milan and megson we trust UTO FTB!

Im absolutely gutted that we couldnt or wouldnt fork out a million for ben marshall.
What a player!
What a foolish decision.
I pray theres a plan b as i cant see jj getting us anywhere fast...
Bostock was a good signing...
Although a bit of a gamble.
If mm is in court most of the day then i guess aldridge is pulling meggos puppet strings.

MM holds ALL the strings but he's not pulling any.
GM's as frustrated as the rest of us judging from his quote yesterday---

Perhaps now the fans might start to see that after the Mellor smokescreen - then the Marshall smokescreen , MM has once more failed to live up to his promises to Gary Megson and the fans to "do his best" to get the players we need.
Sooner or later the fans, grateful though we are, will realise that MM bought SWFC for himself because it was a good deal.
It was not for the fans, or for the long haul.
The only time we'll be able to believe what he says is when he tells us he's sold the club for a healthy profit !

We all seem to be forgetting that the money we demand is MM's private money. How much he will have left to play with after the court has done wiith him, we do not know. Personally speaking I am grateful for what has already been spent : without him there would probably be no Hillsborough now. He needs our support in return, not our griping.

Not only that, if Bostock and M Jones come good, we just may have a result on the transfer front after all.

What I DO object to is him telling the fans what he's going to do and then NOT doing anything of the sort?
Start of season "we're going to sign players for the Championship" and "loan players no good for where this club is going" - we had our full quota of loans !
"The fans should know we're going to do everything we can to get Ben Marshall" - do you think we did?
There are other examples.
I'm like every other Owl very, very grateful for MM saving the club and giving us a future - - I'm just trying to point out that MM doesn't see himself as part of that future !
