How about matthew kilgallon Just released from Sunderland. I know he hasn't played much recently but must be a better option than some of our current centre halves.

He has not played much in last 2 seasons but if retains ability you are correct. I understand we are also in shake up for Alex Pearce who has failed to agree terms with Reading. He is not on good wages, although played dozen or so games last year. Also told a couple of real surprise signings are in pipe line which will lift spirits.
