I posted about 2weeks ago that in my opinion, the only logical reason for MM not signing anybody was that he was thinking of selling The Owls on !! .... and a lot thought it was rubbish?? .... Now we have a name in the frame apparently -- not a bad guess ehh??? .... My next "prediction" based on our "(non)transfer activity --- the deal will be done before Xmas. That's why we've not spent money & got all these loan deals running up to New Year . The new Owner can then come in and spend some millions building the promotion team in the next transfer window ?? Anyone think this post is rubbish?
If the new owner is based on the rumour below on a mystery Russian. I think you have no basis for your claims, you could have posted the flimsy report your self. The named person is currently involved in the biggest divorce dispute in history. I can not see him saying oh I'll buy a football club when his wife is claining half of his wealth and he is saying not as well off as she is claiming.
Hence unless another source is produced I would say not believable.
I have no knowledge of any names, and I didn't post the Russian gents name. However, I do stand by my prediction that there will be a new owner by the New Year.
