Don't u think these clubs would have twiged when he scores every game that's what they have scouts for he been watched for the last 2 seasons but Rotherham are doing their best to keep him and you can't blame them I believe megson as spoken to alf at some point it's Rotherham that are playing hard ball

No that is a terrible excuse, Reading were out of the Le Fondre chase in July, Brian McDermott said "Even though we have sold shane long we have left the chase for le fondre" so either wednesday or coventry you simpleton

Work in Rotherham, & heard today that Le Fondre may be priced too high to leave by Andy Scott. Sheff Wednesday only one's put in an offer below asking price (originally at £500K). But Scott is waiting for offers from Championship clubs in order to raise the figure for a bidding war! To date alleged interest is from Notts County, Coventry, & Bristol City if they lose Maynard to Leicester. Rumour is Le Fondre would like to stay in South Yorkshire area, but only Wednesday put bid in. Sheff United not interested, Barnsley & Donny too poor to buy him.

Where has Megson stated that we are after waghorn because I can't find any evidence of this?.
There isn't a cat in hells chance of him joining us,leicester paid £2million for him so we aren't gonna get him cheap,Milan Mandaric just doesn't want to splash out big bucks for players.

Reading Coventry and owls in for him mirror transfer if we stump up the cash I think he would join us for the sake of regular first team football he won't get that at reading and Coventry could be in for a bad season on current form

why are we not going for a proven goalscorer at a higher level than ALF.the players we buy now should also be good enough for the champion ship. like cody mcdonnald of norwich

Think about what you've said. Cody McDonald scored his goals for Gillingham last season. They were in League Two, the same level as Rotherham/ALF.
