Can rule us out of Rhodes transfer Blackburn rejected 10mil from Middlesbrough and they now offering 12mil. No mention of owls approaching so that's a no :( would have been nice enjoyed the possibility while it lasted lol. I still stand by what I said and others have said I think new tactics and better supply May will be good Bus will be ace and Lavery will be class. Nuhiu nice to have in middle holding ball up for nippier stickers to run through for flick on etc. UTO

Wouldn't mind us going in for one of either Michael de luuew or Ruud boymans two good Dutch strikers and probably cheaper options.

Can someone explain to me the rules on salary/signings and such cause I've seen a few posts saying we couldn't get this or that guy cause of certain caps if you will but I see teams signing guys for up words of 12 Mil or potentially so i'm just curious what the rules are? I read somewhere the other day about how the salaries have gotten out of control which I didn't really need to read that article to know that but I know in like the NFL they have team salary caps and such and in MLB if the team spends over a certain amount they have to pay a luxury tax that I guess gets paid out to the smaller market clubs. I know its not like that in England but I did read they are considering moving to something like that because the money is getting out of control.

You can't spend more than you are taking in to keep it simply. Teams get a fortune in parachute payments. Think DC has got around it by sponsoring himself. Stops teams going bankrupt eg Rangers Portsmouth etc. And crooks like Dave Allen can't put thier own debts on clubs.

I'm A simple creature so I'm good with you keeping it simple. I have what I like to call tiny dinosaur brain syndrome. But all sounds good to me I think we'll be alright personally I think we need a few left backs but we'll see how it goes.

Disregard that I think i'm getting my Hooper/Hopper's confused that was Tom Hopper that signed with Scunthorpe not sure if that's the guy that everyone is going ga ga over.

I think we are heading in the right direction, we are quoted as favourites to sign Hooper which would be a bonus. Things are looking better and the team seems to be happy so hopefully they will gel a bit before we start the real business. Its no good moaning before a ball has been kicked, good attacking and entertaining football sounds good to me we haven't really had that since big Ron have we.
