I'm hearing strong rumours of Alan Quinn And Del Geary return - this is not very "forward thinking" is it? That was what Megson meant with "some will be very familiar to the owls fans". hope it's not true.

Wednesday will not get mckail-smith, why would he come to us when I'm sure there would be plenty of championship clubs that would have him. Where do you people get these rumours from!

"The local rag is terrible. We did gamble more last season with an increase in wages and it paid off. However, this season has been more like our first season in the Championship. We haven't gambled and whereas Glanford Park used to be a difficult place for Championship teams to come and get a result, teams now come expecting three points (Burnley will be the next tomorrow).
