great start to season in transfer market and on pitch --- shame about lousy web site and " Player " -- both gone downhill !
web site used by all clubs and many reports of concern with it -- so not down to Wednesday . Player is giving many of us problems -- over-subscribed ? don't know , but failed to get Oldham and Derby live commentaries -- will quit if continues.
Totally agree about website & Player.
I emailed club to complain about both, and I will cancel Player if not sorted by next month.
If more fans did same they might get it sorted a bit quicker ?
I couldn't listen on google chrome but could on IE. Might be a compatibility issue perhaps?
I'm using Safari on a Mac.
Could well be a compatibility issue with this years version? It worked OK last year?
But at the end of the day if you're paying money for a service it should be there - or your money back?
I got player ok used Mozilla Firefox.
Commentary was radio Sheffield and it cut out 2 mins before finish, just after goal.
Website is absolutely grim, I tried other sites and there version worked better than ours. Wednesdays also seems darker than others. Absolutely abysmal advert for club.
I should just lissen the old way via radio till they get it sorted it's a nightmare just to buy tickets via website never mind player
