If we lose on sat that's got to be it for jones. get evans from rotherham in mandaric. {Ed003's Note - You wanted Tony Pulis a couple of days back.}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

We didn't play tonight and still above dropzone. Mr positive!

Agree0 Disagree0

We haven't played all season!

Agree0 Disagree0

That's r8 ed he did. When I said pulis played same style as Jones he implied I dint know wot I was on about.

Agree0 Disagree0

Thats great news

Agree0 Disagree0

My point was that his tactics may be same but his man management seems to be better. stoke seemed to be a tight unit and very hard to beat especially at home. as for evans he would get the players going. Anything apart from jones. were going nowhere under him {Ed001's Note - just to point out, in terms of man management, Pulis got the boot from Stoke because he had lost the dressing room. Which suggests his man management might not be all that good either.}

Agree0 Disagree0

ED. May I ask, how you no that Toni pulis lost the dressing room? And also that was the reasoning behind his sacking, and it was not down to results? Thanks {Ed001's Note - because one of the first team players told me so, he was among many that fell out with Pulis, for varying reasons.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Ok ed ill concede that he lost the dressing room towards the end of his time at stoke. but he didn't leave them in a bad position. delivered premier league and european football at stoke. i'm not his greatest fan mate I just reckon jones has had his time and failed that's all {Ed001's Note - I fully understand, just wanted to make sure you knew that Pulis might well end up bringing the exact same problems.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Talk about so called fans pulling at straws.
You guys even need ed to point out the complete obvious.
No disrespect ed.

The one thing nobody has mentioned in every game this season we have been at some point in a winning position and thrown the points away with the exception of burnley! So surely our defence needs to get a grip and stop giving the opposition sloppy goals I just hope roger will tighten things up at the back but some how I can see this been the story of our season uto

Believable0 Unbelievable0

It isn't the defences fault it's dj tactics you can't take all your attackin players off with 30 mins to go with a one goal lead he's miles too defencive and need to go

Agree0 Disagree0

Look let's stop arguing and everybody just go and watch the development squad

Different Manager Different Players but lots of potential

I am going to watch them as its pure torture watching the first team

It as come to my attention that we are scared of playing at hillsborough. Is it because we expect to much and the added pressure effects the team. Only once in the past 10 seasons or so as are grand stadium been a fortress ( promotion from lg 1) when we only gave away 12 pts I think. I'm more confident of getting results away because are game is better suited to away days than at home with our 1-4-6 formation. At home DJ must change and adopt 1-4-4-2. Put Antonio back out wide and give Savic a chance up top with the big man.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Thanks for that ARE kid

Agree0 Disagree0

1-4-6 at home? So who are the 6 forwards then?

Agree0 Disagree0

At the mo we playing 9-1-1 (kirkland being the 9 the other 1 gardner who is injured so leaves us with 9 - 1 formation depending on which 1 can be bothered by the looks or it!

The Rotherham manager apologised for getting his tactics wrong in the first half. He had the guts to admit it and the sense to put it right in the second half. Good on him.
I do not recall any occasion on which Jones made a similar admission

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The Fat Controller NEVER admits to getting it wrong. All he ever does is to blame the players and the fans.

Agree0 Disagree0

Would the Rotherham manager have admitted his mistake had they lost, I doubt it very much.

Agree0 Disagree0

Or the ref, the weather, his breakfast etc etc etc
