i don't think we're going to survive chaps, antonio out for season, can't score goals and we've got oliver hardy pulling strings on sideline! I said get rid of jones months ago before its too late, I stood by that throughout our good run and stand by it today and guess what? its too late! I hope all you nicey nice goody good dooers and 'in jones we trust' persons are going to be happy with another season back in league one? we've been through enough as wednesdayites over the years this were our chance to bring some good times back and they've blown it! thanks a lot milan, glad your profits are up because we certainly are not! Alot of people are confident Wednesday will
stay up and of course we might do.
Last few games and the bottom 5 are more or
less pretty close. It could be any three from five
to drop! A bit of luck could swing it and 2 of those
5 will survive. I am hopeful but not confident we
will survive but how come some people think Wednesday will be half way???
Wednesday are no better than any of the bottom
5 but we still have a chance to survive.
One thing though nobody is a real cut off side,
by now one or two in this league are normally down.
It could go to the wire and for that reason any
two of the bottom 5 could survive. Come on
the Wednesday!!!!

Agreed. There has been a consistent thread of supporters accusing those of us who were prepared to see the truth - of negativity and even disloyalty! It is plain : we have no creative midfielder to set up the strikers and no one who can be relied on to put the ball into the net. We have spirit and commitment by the shed load, but that is not enough, admirable though it may be. We have simply to get behind the lads, shout our heads off, hope and demand a change at the start of next season.

Worried Owl.

I agree that it will go to the wire but I think there are more than the bottom 5 in danger. Only the top 10 are safe at the moment. I reckon wednesday and everyone else in the bottom half has a 70% chance of survival. Whoever wins a few stays up. JR

Where is our next goal coming from, if antonio is out for rest of season we are down end of. Milan here is a request for next year can we have players that are sheffield wednesday players not on loan to get fit for other clubs, said long time ago when ipswich sacked manager we should have got rid of jones and got mcarthy before they did, yesterday all the match we persisted with high ball into cardiff area, they won every ball, so why not change tactics?. the fans have backed the club this season, have been coming since early 70s I really did feel optimistic, but not now same old wednesday.

Agree5 Disagree0

I was the OP on this thread and I said any three from 5 to drop.
I do know there is three or 4 others too.
It seems to be bristol, peterboro, barnsley, owls, Ipswich that don't get any higher though. Milwall were
dropping but they have pulled out a result. Huddersfiled keep reopening a cushion when you think they could struggle. Birmingham seem to just sneak clear so that's why I say 3 form 5

Agree0 Disagree0

You're probably right. I just hope we can sneak a win or two and drag a few others into the mess.
Woried about the loss of antonio though. JR

There's only 6 points seperating bottom to middle of table anything can happen its only 2 games plus most bottom teams have to play eachother, We have had our difficult games the other teams around us still have these top clubs to play, of them all we have the easyer run in we also have a game in hand and that could make the difference
