I wondered where Stephen Ireland was these days...seems to have disappeared, so i searched on wikipedia. Looks like hes been a bit of a silly lad in the past, but still was a cracking midfielder...worth a cheeky loan offer? only 25 so might have grown up a bit? {Ed013's Note - He is currently getting a few games under his belt so I doubt they will loan him}

You may mock sir(or madam), but when we are in the championship next season we will need players like Ireland to push us on to where we need to be. So if your ambition doesn't match mine, maybe you should go and watch Rotherham.

Yes when we are in the championship, my point being i can't see stephen ireland going on loan to a league 1 side, if he was to go on loan it would probably be to lower premier league side, don't get me wrong when we are in championship i also hope we buy some decent players or maybe loan them.

Ireland is a quility player and wont go out on loan to anyone ther than a premership club so this post is totally pointless

What do people think of the link with Robbie Fowler, Could be useful even he doesn't play, if only to work with younger players add some experience to training sessions. He may not have the pace he once had but think that he would bring the likes of Madine and O'Grady out of there shells

Employ himas a coach then! Can't honestly believe we would be interested in him and DJ said as much in radio interview. We have just scored 8 in last 3 so DJ and his staff seem to be getting much more of of the team - also very interesteing to see the number of attempts at goal has increased MASSIVELY since his arrival. We do not need or want Fowler!
