Is there anyone left for the owls to sign that will make a dif difference in this division or are we going to be left with 2nd grade players who can't get a club or clubs just don't want to take a big gamble on them. The following are up for grabs if owls want to survive: Jay tabb, Adam hammil, v velious, dj cambell, clayton Donaldson, harry Arter, Wordsworth, Marc Pugh, mvto, forrester, harry maguire, Jamie vardy, tom cairney

Dont know where you got the list from but at least 5 of these names are NOT up for grabs as you put it!
But in any case its public knowledge that MM has said we have to get players out to pay for any coming in.
So given that nobodys gone yet, don't think there'll be too much happening with any of your names.

Get a good striker from a prem club on loan and buy a good experienced midfielder and that will do us for the rest of the season.
Thats all we're missing, a few goals and someone who can keep the ball better in the middle.
We don't want to just sign any old mugh though just for the sake of signing someone

You are a type of trouble causing so called Wednesday fan that should keep his gob shut... If DJ goes then who are we going to get that has experienced this league for the ammount of years he has! Ok he has made a few shabby signings but a lot of the players brought from last season just can't hack it in this league! We aren't going to set this league on fire and run straight through it.. I don't care what anybody says about last night's game.. that game was a game which didn't matter hence the team selection, the people who spend their hard earned cash are people in my opinion... As for the players DJ has brought in, its been slow but in the last few weeks we seem to finally be clicking. We need a pacy out and out striker and someone to really boss the midfield and possibly another pacy winger who can cross and take players on.. so stop with your nonsense comments and leave him alone to turn around the team, l get rid of dead wood players who can't hack it, eg madine, lines, and co and put out more performances like the hull one!

Transfer window not over yet so judge when his over, come on stick together dont judge yet, we got promoted on magnificent run and had good start to campaign, we got carried away and now after stick together, we all pay rent and morgages as well do players, and all av bad days, but football gets blood pumping, cnt wait till saturday allready, i wish i could play for wednesday instead of being disabled, get behind the lads they need our support

"Our Manager" has stated publicly that he gave some fringe players a game in the cup against MK Dons and they were not good enough and they will be left out

This also applies to the Manager who is without a doubt the worst manager we have had for a while

If this is how he supports players there is absolutely no motivation or any incentive to improve to get into the first team
I don't think Dave Jones knows his best team or how to talk to players or to the media
If he stays the rot is here to stay and this great club will slip backwards

I have been a season ticket holder for 20 years and I will not be renewing it if Dave Jones is here next season

To people moaning about the 7 changes they w made cus players are carrying knocks so why play them in a cup game when league is more important

To the posters on about Michael Johnson, just seen his pic in metro.face is really bloated an caption says he was released because he is overweight an unfit. Says Liverpool once offered 10m for him an Ericsson said he was a future England capt. But by the time we got him fit season would be over... No thanx posters {Ed001's Note - the lad has mental health problems, he is not sure himself if he will ever play footie again.}

Thanx ed dint know that when i posted, but just seem it on net. He says he is troubled by demons. {Ed001's Note - poor lad has screwed up his own career, such a shame, I really hope he can recover from whatever is affecting him.}

Are you also The Stig?? {Ed001's Note - erm no. The Stig does work for Milan Mandaric though. As far as Dave Jones goes, I would rather not get into it too much, I am biased as I have known him a very long time. For a Toffee, he is a decent bloke and helped a lot of people through a tough time in their lives before getting back into the coaching side of the game. I do think the false accusations, added to the disgusting betrayal by Southampton, have affected him. He is not so keen to place his trust in people, unless he knows them well, as he was in his Stockport days. Personally, I think he will struggle to achieve anywhere near the fans expectations, simply because the budget is just not there to do so.}
