Megson today said there is no change with the marshall deal he still ain't signed for stoke MM ain't going to come up with the wonga so like av said b4 he's only interested in signing lower league players or get others on a free.

It's called balancing the books I think it's it's a case of not the transfer fee but the wages even at 20 he would be our top earner and probably highest paid in l1 and this league does not generate enough income for clubs to warrant that if we had been in the championship he would be a swfc player now with out a doubt with him not signing for Stoke it's clear he wants first team football so my money would say he is going to a championship club I would say west ham or one the top 6

I would totally agree but mm is still not willing to dig deep with other players odd bit here and there mj for one another one on the cheap watch this space for more freebies n lower league 1 sightings like I said before. Uto

Unfortunately that's how it will be till we get promoted mm is not at our club for the love of it he is here to make money it's a bit of a bummer when blunts have got a player won't as much as half our team though but I think megson is doing a good job buying young prospecs I mean look how bad reda jonhson was under irvine

Would be great if we land Marshall, but if we don't I personally wish him a bright future, and its been a long time since Iv been able to say that about an Owls player.

As good as Marshall is it may be better in long run if we get a permanent replacement for the wing if this is going to drag on 2 games in the next week with no winger

Very true. Let's hope Jones is good. However, it basically puts us back to square one unless we get more wingers.

sad really that on the stoke website there is no big mention of marshall which shows how much their fans care for him. He is worshipped at hillsborough and that a team wont let a player go and be all they can is a disgrace to the game. Theyve already changed the rules so premier teams can get youth for cheap and this is just oneindication of how it wont happen the other way to the teams that actually need it. what a joke

That's a great point well made, and shows how everything in football favours the Prem clubs at the expense of the rest.
