wasnt long before the tap room managers returned. the problem at s6 is obvious. the owner. , he hasn't spent hard brass on the first team from day one. antonio and helan and maguire cost a million and that is about it. the loans are only here because the parent clubs pay the vast majority of the wages. at derby we were beaten by the better team simple as that. the readinh result was in the main a freak. we were torn apart in the first half how we were 3 1 up god only knows. untill the manager can spend some proper money on proper players then we will onl struggle. I think we are nailed on to go down. I can't blame the manager just as I couldn't blame the managers over the last 20 years.

The problem is in part the lack of cash MM has spent but a lot of it is due to DJ's lack of man management skills and seeming lack of tactical knowledge to play the right players in there best positions.

Yet again another long season of frustration! I've worked it out that season after season I spend over 7 grand a season on season tickets, s*** pies, rubish lager, same old programmes, new kits and transport for me and my twins but would I change it no matter how crap we are and however we end up in this second rate division league? Not a chance come on my mighty owls!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Here here. I Would watch us in conference if it came to it (probably moan) but i'm owls for life aswell. We as fans are the only consitant ones. Consistently disappointed! But we love em really. (As we will always be there)

JONES OUT - NEWSFLASH - David Jones, Manager of Sheffield Wednesday, quits saying I cannot cope with the pressure. See anyone can write a headline. Let us the true Sheffield Wednesday fans have a say firstly we love and support the team in blue and white, and will follow them through Hell and High Water, mainly the Hell.
Secondly we should support the manager but he in response should support his team and the fans, by resigning, BUT HE WILL NOT. It will be same old, same old until M. M. grows a set and fires Jones and replaces him. Other clubs have got rid of managers for less than Jones has done to this club, but for some unknown reason M. M. clings faithfully to him. If I in my employment had produced such bad results as Jones has I would be fired, but to save face I would have resigned. So Mr. Jones please take the hint.

The difference is love of the Club, or in other words, emotion. It fires you but it doesn't fire MM. He is in it for the money and that's it. The Club has potential and it was cheap. His aim is to grow it on and sell at a profit its that simple. He could not give a stuff to what happens to SWFC after that. Now we appear to have no offers for the Club and if we had they would be lower than MM would think acceptable. Unless there's an incredible turn round in results DJ will be history by the second week in January because MM will have to bring in someone who can ensure we stay up with enough time to achieve that. And that's only because MM would see his investment reduce in value if we go down.

Jones hasn't quit at all, stop telling silly fibs.
