Nottingham Forest are set to sign Connor Wickham at the end of January after his loan expires. It it thought that he has agreed terms with Forest. A fee has not been agreed yet.

Obviously mischief again, if a deal were done neither Forest nor Sunderland would risk Wickham getting injured playing for us for a month - common sense?

The interview said "i want to play games. " Not "i want play for Wednesday". Maybe that much could be implied. But it could also mean he has other plans to play elsewhere. We can't completely dispel this, however you would imagine he would want to stay with the team where he is a proven good fit.

Well it seems MM's money belt has stayed firmly strapped to his waist and stays firmly closed. I'm sure Caolan Lavery will come on a score a hatrick, is this the best we can do?

Old miseries who posted above now look stupid. It does appear that we have signed at least one potentially useful player for development squad. It was always said these guys would ttake 18 month to 2 years to come good, could we have some more gems on the way?

Yes it is the we want to run the club brigade who spread negativity which does undemine the team. Fom comments they make they could not run a bicycle repair shop let alone a football club. what's more other fans from other teams have picked up on this and post on our pages. We had Weeds fans on here when DJ was manager because they hated him, noticed since he was sacked a couple gone missing.
