Zayatte has been trying to renegotiate his contract to get a better deal, which could bring him close to being the highest earner at the club. But DJ isn't budging as he sees Zayatte accepting the contract on the table at the moment.

SensibleOwl

1.) Who is the highest and what do they earn

2.) Yeah, and we're going to find out quick.

3.) We have been in talks with Zayatte since his second pre-season game. And apparently the highest earning player at Hillsborough is Kirkland followed closely by Semedo apparently.

Source: Backroom staff member

4.) Not sure what Kirkland is on but Semedo is on something in the region of 9k a week

5.) Its kirkland on something like 11-12k pw

6.) Semedo no were near that. Antonio n jj more like kirkland happy too be playing but as dj n mm said. Wage structure not far out from all first team. that's why we a team for once.

7.) No one is paid above 7K p/w at hillsborough.

8.) 27 Jul 2013 12:12:58
Just seen ken bates has left leeds please milan don't sell to that person

9.) I know for a FACT that Anthony gardener is on 8k per week!

Price tag of one of the players (On loan last season) we inquired on is an "Extortionate amount". The only options would be negotiate down, or offer a season long loan.

1.) You talking about helen i'd assume? uto xxx

2.) Who? Helan, Lita. ?

3.) I'm guessing Connor wickham if true

4.) I don't know who, sorry guys. But from my guess it would be Helan.

Apparently we will be offering a contract to a young striker from one of the lower leagues (On a youth contract basis). It is unlikely we will be seeing this player on the team sheet next season, it is "One for the future".

Apparently we are looking into a few players at the moment. There have been no offers for any Wednesday players at the minute. And lastly apparently 2 ex loanees are top on DJ's list.

I was told this by one of the backroom staff.

SensibleOwl

3.) Exloanee, sidibe and Bothroyd!

4.) I know for definite that Davies isn't comin to swfc he is going to the MLS seen as he told me

5.) He turn down the move look at fact before you come on there. tv Former Blackburn defender Ryan Nelsen, who is Toronto's coach, has been keen to lure the 36-year-old striker to the MLS outfit.

Davies, who will end his 10-year stint at Bolton this season, did contemplate the switch before deciding against linking up with Nelsen.

"It has been a complete roller coaster since first speaking with Ryan Nelsen on 18th April. As it stands today I will not be leaving for Toronto FC as reported, " Davies said.

"My young family and I were naturally very excited about the opportunity of going to Toronto on a short-term deal but after legal advice we felt that certain obstacles put in our way were too large to overcome.

"Whilst it has been the toughest month of my 10 year BWFC career I remain, as I always have done, 100% committed to the club. you lie and get shoot down by me haha

6.) Getting rid of Coke would be a huge mistake, unsung hero of the year

rarely wastes possession, solid tackler, good dribbler, great with both feet, excellent positioning and a good first touch

when he's on the pitch he runs the midfield, which is damn hard when you're paired with useless immobile lumps like olofinjana and classless hoofball experts like prutton

7.) Grant McCan*

8.) I agree coke is solid but need some creativity in midfield I think when lines is fit he can provide this but he's just not had the chance to get involved this year definately need more creative midfielders

9.) I asked but he won't tell me names. I personally believe he knows who DJ is looking at but he doesn't like the prospect of losing his job over it. But still no offers for out going players, and DJ has put in at least 2 inquiries, to "Ex-loanee" teams, looking (Preferably) to sign them if not another loan spell. (I think we can guess who DJ is looking at) Also DJ has been inquiring in the lower leagues for multiple players.

We have enquired about Wickham, but no more at this time, there has been no offer for Harry Maguire, at all, and it is very unlikely there ever will be an offer from Wednesday for him. Xx

It's true you have to spend money to make money, but the problem MM has to contend with is the fact that if he over spends we'll be back where we were a few years ago.

Okay, but do you think Manchester United would have bought Mata if they didn't have the money? No because they wouldn't have been able to afford it, we already have a decent squad for the championship, we have next to no money to spend, so unless we sell we cannot buy, that is my point about the obscene amounts of money the teams you said all have it to spend, we on the other hand do not, and anyone who says we do have the resources needs to pull their heads out of their a** and take a good hard look at the world.

Firstly, Arsenal didn't sign anyone in the January transfer window, secondly, you do realise the difference between Premier League and Championship? In the Premier League you can buy players for ridiculous amounts of money because they can afford it, we as a club cannot afford any more in the wage budget, we would have to let players go, and personally I would prefer players that know each other, and can play together than a team of new players that one; cannot understand each other, and two; have no idea how to play together. To me it seems like you don't know the first thing about how football and economics work.

I completely disagree, the reason we didn't improve the squad is because we actually have some good players in the side, that already have competition, and with Afobe coming in, and Wickham possibly coming back at a later date, we have a pretty good looking side, MM has to be reasonable the club is losing money each year, if MM throws money at it we'll not only be back in L1 but we might enter Administration.

I'm allowed to hate the LMA, after having them look over everything at a few clubs I've been with, they are a bunch of fools in suits. x

Oh don't get me started on the LMA, they do nothing but try to find faults, in any club.
